Her painter/handyman and electrician were able to come quickly and do the jobs well. After the home inspection she quickly found the folks who could do what the buyer asked. -Her good humor and matter-of-fact, relaxed demeanor. She stayed on an even keel throughout. This helped us stay calm as well - especially as we were living out-of-state during most of the process. And she gently talked us "off the ledge" after we got our first look at the home inspection results. -The quality of her support team. Toshia Graves was wonderful, most helpful, and took ownership of the situation as necessary. Christie clearly trusts her, and the two of them make a great team. -The final result. She made it possible for our house to sell very quickly, and over list price. Which brings us back to a point raised earlier: Christie knows the market!

We had a challenging situation as we had already moved our mother out of her Huntington home and into an assisted care living facility in Ohio, so we had to sell remote with no one living in the house. Plus we had a lot of things left behind (furniture, storage, tools, etc.). Fantastic experience: Christie and Ellie were outstanding to work with on buying our house. Once we saw a property we liked, we reached out to Christie and she answered us within 30 minutes. And this was over a holiday weekend! She immediately went over to the house and did a video tour for us and then the next morning, gave us an in-person tour and helped us make an offer the same day. Again, this was a holiday weekend!! Once we were under contract, Ellie worked so hard to help us close. She would always promptly answer every single question we had and would constantly follow up to make sure things were getting done to close on time. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for or selling a home, Christie is the agent you want to use. She is personable, charismatic, professional, prompt, and dependable. While those qualities alone are enticing, you simply will not find another agent that will work for you and your interests like Christie Giompalo. I have used her as both a buyer and seller. In both instances, she negotiated on my behalf diligently and secured the price I was seeking. As a buyer, I was out of town. This limited viewings to a few days when I was able to make the trip. Christie was able to send me homes for review via the internet. She sent homes that were new to the market and even a couple that were yet to be listed that matched my needs. Due to traveling from out of town, I would sometimes need a viewing very late in the evening or early in the morning. Christie always accommodated my schedule, and showed me all the homes I requested. As a seller, she assessed the upgrades that I had made to my home and determined a value that was above the current comps. Most agents wouldn’t price above comparable properties, but she knew the market well enough to determine the true value of my home. She was able to sell that home, very close to asking price, within one month. Christie is acutely familiar with the current market, reliable, prompt, and professional. Buying and selling your home can be an extremely stressful experience, and it is important that you work with an agent you can trust. Christie is that agent. You simply can’t do better.

Negative experience: I contacted Christie to look at houses in the WV area. She emailed, we exchanged numbers and she even called. She seemed to be happy to help. She told me she would get a list together. I told her the dates I would be down and I was excited from there. When the time came, Christie never reached out. I reached out to Christie, she never responded. Luckily I found someone else rather quickly! Very Unprofessional. If she did not want to help a simple response would have been appreciated and appropriate.
