Fantastic experience: Mr. Harris listed my property in Woodard. He sold it quickly and was very helpful. Thank you for all your hard work.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience buying my first home with Richard. He answered every question I had and got back in a quick manner. Very knowledgeable guy made the process simple and easy. Thanks Richard!

Fantastic experience: My mother was a resident of Woodward, Oklahoma. I am a resident of Hayden Idaho. When my mother passed away, Richard was recommended to me by her neighbor. Richard was detrimental to me being able to get her house ready and listed for sale. He went above and beyond knowing that I was out of state and any problems or concerns that arose regarding the property he stepped up to help. His respectful tone and calm nature definitely made me feel like I was using the right person to help sell this house. Although I am not a resident of Woodward or the surrounding counties, I would highly recommend selling or buying your property With Richard Harris. —Toni Sperle

From the very beginning, Richard took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He provided valuable insights into the local market and was always available to answer my questions. His approachable and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was Richard's dedication to finding the perfect home for us. Fantastic experience: There's realtors out there sure. But is there any realtor like Richard Harris? I think not. Deena and I could not have had a better buying/selling experience with any other realtor. Richard did just a tip top phenomenonal job in every aspect of the process. You could go find another realtor sure, but I promise you won't have the service that Richard Harris provides. If your looking for a true one of a kind realtor he is your guy. If you have any questions about anything he's your realtor. I've seen and dealt with some other realtors in my day and none compare to Richard Harris. He is a true legend in his field. I'm very thankful for him and I feel bad for any other realtor that has to compete with him because Richard Harris compares to none. It's safe to say I highly recommend Richard Harris to get you in the home of your dreams. If you are thinking of selling that house you've been sitting on for years, he's your guy. He's truly an elite in what he does. Look him up!
