Negative experience: Good ol Matt Lawrence is our first Realtor and he was absolutely amazing for the sellers... sadly we were not the sellers but the buyers and since he has dual agency he did basically nothing for us, we had to look up all questions that we needed to know, and when bringing up concerns he simply dismissed them said it was nothing to worry about and sided with the sellers on everything. If it wasn't for the contract that we had to sign in order to even see the property we would have never used him, but it wasn't revealed that he was a dual agent until we got to the property and if we didn't want to use him we would have to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: John Witshork did a great job working with my girlfriend and I for many months looking at many different houses and locations. John was very patient and informative with his advice and resources. He was able to ensure that my girlfriend and I found the perfect home for us at a good price. Thank you so much John!

Fantastic experience: It had been 88 days and our property hadn’t sold. I called heath and explained that im for paying for my personal medical condition, family stuff and am in a desperate position. He went to the property to evaluate (For free) gave me a sound advice. And with his confident voice and knowledge, he said “I can sell this. Here is the game plan…”I changed the realtor within a week. This was difficult to do. He took over the property. Showed it to a client the same night. Had an offer on the table next morning. He executed the game plan and I can’t recommend a better realtor. Man of his words. A true gem.

Beth was patient, kind, and honest. She is knowledgeable and did everything possible to make sure that we understood the buying process. She was very personable and and helped make our home buying experience something that we will never forget. We had previously been given the cold shoulder by another (very popular) agent from this company but Beth stood by us and the experience was so great that we even recommended her to a friend of ours who bought a house the same time we did. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her, she is truly one of a kind and my wife and I are both so glad to have met her.

Negative experience: They advertise that they have one bedroom apartments for rent with no background check but if you call them they don't have any

Positive experience: Cameron ~ at Klein is a bit soft spoken but a dedicated agent who proves to be a man of his word. Ask for Cam'

Fantastic experience: These guys are helpful and worth returning to. We have used them twice and I could not be happier. Ask for Abby. That woman did everything from weed a garden and mow a lawn to holding my one year old while we knocked out closing. She deserves every penny she has earned and took so much stress out of selling our house in October. I could not recommend Klein and Abby enough. I wish we had another house to sell, because I know where I would go!

Negative experience: Inquired about seeing a property took way too long to even get a response. The agent did not appear at all interested in becoming my realtor. Moving on to the next Real Estate Agency.

She seems to have chosen popular and well-respected businesses. Klein Realty is run by honest and competent realtors.

Negative experience: If you want a screaming deal ( laughing try Klein ) ask him to do it for you like he does it for himself.

Negative experience: All about money, to bad more realtors in Vincennes then properties for sale, Klein wants all the money and all the deals, when poor Klein will have enough money ???

Fantastic experience: Good people. Decent houses. My family and I rented a house with them for 2 years and never experienced a problem with them. If the toilet wasn't working or part of the house needed repair, someone was always available to fix it pretty quick.
