Fantastic experience: Kevin was the best choice to sell my father's estate property. When the large estate companies turned us down, Kevin gave me a contact who helps sellers do their own estate sale. It was so much easier to clear the rest. Kevin met me at the house and we agreed on the renovations and suggested several contractors. He put up a coming soon sign on the property and Zillow while the contractors were still working. Kevin got two very good offers before any showings or inside pictures of the house, shed, or barn! The next week he booked two days of showings and an open house.
