Fantastic experience: I relocated to No. Ca. 11/2024. I was so lucky to have found Ming Tree and Steve Miner. I was able to buy a beautiful manufactured home in Fortuna. The process was so easy and it was my first time ever buying a home. Steve helped me with the process which started when I was still in So. Ca. He was so kind to me and my son, who assisted me as well since he lives here. I have now been able to retire and Steve was right when he told me "I think you are going to love it here".

Fantastic experience: We selected Lisa as our realtor and it was probably the best choice that we made. She had a fantastic personality and seemed firm and knowledgeable about the current housing market. She assisted us in the selling and purchase of a new home. In many situations we thought the sale and purchase of our home was going to fall through due to wavering contingencies and plans. But despite all of these hardships and hiccups, Lisa was clear-headed, hard-working, and committed till the very end which resulted in our lovely home we live in today and a dear friend.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Eureka in March 2023, and started my search for a house in April. I closed on a house in July, and the only reason it was not sooner was a matter of competition versus any other reason. Throughout the process, Lisa Ladanyi was exceptional. It is understandable to know that a Real Estate Agent will always have multiple clients. But it is exceptional and exceedingly rare to feel like you are the -only- client in all of Eureka. Every precaution, pitfall, or potential for future headache was anticipated and averted by Lisa. I couldn't ask for a finer agent, and when it comes time to sell, or buy again- I wouldn't have anyone else on my side.

Fantastic experience: We recently purchased a new home. We live out of town and started working with a local agent through the internet. Lisa Ladanyi was amazing right out of the gate. Before we ever arrived into down, she set us up on her digital site to see all of the properties available in the local area. We were able to easily highlight the ones that interested us. When we flew into town, she focused all of her attention on showing us what we had highlighted, as well as similar properties. Additionally, she was a great resource in what sells and what rents in the local area. We were looking for a safe property for our two daughters to attend the local university. With Lisa’s help, we found the perfect place and the perfect lender. We closed in less than 30 days. Even after we closed on the property, Lisa continued to support us until the girls arrived three months later. We could not have been 1/2 as successful without Lisa, she even helped us find a handyman and a landscaper to help prepare the property for our daughters arrival. We cannot say enough about Lisa and the Better Homes and Garden team. We will do business with them again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Just closed escrow on a property in Eureka which I thought would be complicated because I no longer live in the area. Annalise was my realtor and she took care of everything including establishing great relationships with my tenants and my property management company. It WAS complicated because we found out the building was in much worse shape that I was aware and many repairs were needed…months went by as repairs were made and buyers fell through and Annalise was on top of everything through the whole process with much attention to detail and great advice. In the end she found the perfect buyers and I think they got a good deal and so did I…the perfect ending…and the house got the attention it needed and will get even more improvements from the new owners. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and give all credit to Annalise.

Positive experience: Question regarding....a property estate sales transaction that didnt requrie Me the legal property owner presentce . Means signature then is unacceptable that was presented by anyone. Caused a scamm , Deed Fraud..I am furious, about the action.
