When it was time to sell our second home on short notice, Bailey was our first call. She took care of all the little things, and represented us at every stage. Fantastic experience: I'm not quite sure I can say enough about the service and care I received from Bailey as a Realtor. I am not, or better said, "was" not, a "high end of the scale" client. Yet, I was treated that way throughout my entire experience as a seller. Bailey was honest, direct and followed through at every stage. Since we had not purchased a house for a number of years, Bailey first provided a thorough overview of the process and her role as a buyer’s agent as well as shared valuable information about the Lawrence market since we were out of state. Given our schedule of being in the area only for short periods of time, her willingness to meet us at specific times and arrange as many house showings as possible during those times was a big help. We also appreciated her candid opinions on each property since she often pointed out things that we would have missed or gave information for things to look for and consider as we evaluated properties. Even though that particular home didn't meet my needs, Bailey kept in touch and told me about other houses that seemed to fit my criteria.
