Fantastic experience: We sold our lake home using Steve Grant. Our experience was outstanding in every way! We first researched which real estate firm was the best in Athens, Texas and on Lake Athens, all of our research led us to Steve Grant. I have bought and sold property worldwide and this was easily my best real estate experience. From our first call to Steve, it was clear that he was an expert on area Real Estate and had an immediate multifaceted marketing strategy. Steve is not a “put a sign out front and wait” real estate guy. He works hard and knows the many ways to connect with potential buyers. He knew how to get top dollar for our property and helped us quickly receive multiple offers and negotiate a very favorable deal. Steve communicated continually and was always happy to go the extra mile. Anything to help. His reputation is impeccable and we now call him our friend. We cannot give him a higher review and recommendation. Steve and his company are the very best in every way.

Negative experience: Setup a time with Trish Montgomery and she just blew me off. A waist of time!!! GO ELSEWHERE

Negative experience: One of the female associates took down our information and what we were looking for. We had a specific property we wanted to place an offer on. Was told she would get back to us. We waited over a week and never was contacted back lost the property we wanted. Found another realtor and within two weeks later purchased our five acres.

Negative experience: Save your time. I was talking with Drew Douglas the past couple of days regarding land in the area. 1st time we spoke he sounded busy and didn’t have “time” to talk. Ok, understand- everyone is busy. Called back the next day for some more questions & when he answered, I asked him if he had just a few seconds for a quick question and his reply was “what do you want, I don’t have a lot of time”. I hung up and called elsewhere. Customer service is key to building a good relationship with customer and realtor. Please do not tell people to call anytime if they have any questions only to be told you don’t have time and “what do you want”.

Negative experience: First time home buyer here. We went in to ask about available properties and they didn't seem very willing to help. We were shown some things in our price range, and they said they couldn't show us anything that day. They seemed rather cold and uncaring. A different realtor in town showed us around later that day.
