Selling my mom’s home in Taunton, the place she had lived in since the 1940s, was so much more than just a real estate transaction. As an only child living an hour away and out of state, I was completely overwhelmed. I was trying to navigate the emotional weight of moving my mom into assisted living while also trying to let go of the house where our family built decades of memories. On top of that, I was incredibly anxious to sell before the winter hit so I wouldn't have to manage an empty property through snowstorms from a distance. He spent time talking to me, answering questions about the selling process, explaining what his plan was, giving suggestions about how to show the house at its best. Though this was one of the worst housing markets ever Dan made our first time home buying very simple and very easy!! Dan never gave up and was persistent and offered us numerous amounts of advice along the way..
