So, if you are hiring her as your realtor, your process will be as smooth as it can be. Don't make a mistake and bring your "own" realtor. Even if this your best friend and you have a history of successful transactions. Buying/selling a house on the island is very different (couldn't even imagine that many buyers expect to have your furniture being part of the deal..) seriously (??)
