She was available when he needed her to be and was able to find more houses to see on the fly when the ones we looked at didn't quite feel like a home to him. The lender was causing issues with their failure to communicate with us and Laurie was able to help him locate a better quality lender all while still making sure everything was on track with the inspection, appraisal and that my dad was getting the best deal possible per the contract. Fantastic experience: After a long and what felt like overwhelming search for a home, with little hope left and no where to turn out of the blue came Laurie to show us a home and although that home wasn't the home for us Laurie defiantly was!
