Fantastic experience: Being a first time homebuyers, it was very intimidating for my partner and I. Especially with a baby on the way, we really needed someone that would listen to our needs and be efficient. We were racing a clock and Kenny Chauppette’s sense of urgency was unparalleled! We were looking at houses as soon as we liked them on the emails. He wasn’t wasting our time with anything above our budget, or things that were “alright”, but not what we were looking for. In fact, because of his attention to detail, we fell in love with multiple houses. Of course, we found one to call home all before my due date!

Fantastic experience: We have loved our experience with Amanda Miller Realty! We decided to put our first home on the market and buy a new home at the same time, and we were feeling overwhelmed at first. But with the help of the team at Amanda Miller, all of our worries were put to sleep! Lauryn Lansou was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive and helpful with the process of putting our house on the market & getting it sold! She was always on our side and doing everything possible to ensure both us and the buyers were happy and feeling confident! Kenny Chauppette was wonderful! He helped us find the perfect home for us and got the job done! He was so willing and able to answer all of our questions and make the process go smoothly. He was kind, personable, and extremely hard working! We are so please with our experience and new home!

Fantastic experience: We just bought a house in Meraux from a distance. We started the process from New Zealand, and then we continued it from Tennessee. It has been a long process, due to COVID and the storm, but Lauryn from Amanda Miller has been a CHAMP! We could not imagine having gone through this process without her or with anyone else. She cared for us as if she was helping her family buy a home. Viewing, offering, negotiations, inspections, repairs, and closing are all complicated things by nature (in our case they were also compounded by hurricane Ida and people involved catching COVID), but Lauryn made them go as smoothly and well as possible. If you're going to buy or sell a house, don't look anywhere else. And make sure to ask for Lauryn. She knows what she's doing, and she's going to be there for you without being pushy or salesy. She'll answer your questions and leave all decision making to you.

Fantastic experience: We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Amanda Milller Realty Group. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right one. Allan Melton was our realtor,he is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into attics to check insulation for us!), and he really helped to take the pressure out off of us. Allan walked us through every step of the negotiations,he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Allan was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice. We would highly recommend Allan Melton to anyone. Thank You Allan your the best!

Fantastic experience: We worked with Lauryn when selling our home. She was both professional and courteous and respectful of our requests with the listing. We never felt like we were just another listing to her and kept us well informed during the selling process. Thank you Lauryn for doing an amazing job! -Graig & Jodi C.

Fantastic experience: I was very surprised at how simple the whole buying and selling process seemed. Working with Kenny felt like working with a friend. Even when we ran into a major hiccup, rather than giving up on us, we were presented with options that ultimately got us into our new home. Throughout everything, communication was great, signing documents was simple, and the coordination between everyone involved was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Alan and Amanda enough for helping my husband and I purchase our first home. Alan was so helpful through it all and knew exactly what we were looking for from the very beginning. Alan was truly outstanding in every aspect of the process, from making sure we were the first in the door to ensuring we got our dream home no matter how many bumps were in the road. If you want a realtor that honestly cares about you, who knows this crazy market, and who has a wealth of real estate knowledge, you definitely want to speak to Alan! I'll never be able to thank you guys enough!

Fantastic experience: Lauryn was so wonderful and made the selling process so smooth for us. She kept us updated and got our house sold faster than we could have ever expected!

Kenny Chauppette was the best, he was very patient, kind, and always did his best to work with my work schedule, even though I was very nervous and scared, Kenny made the whole process easier for me and was always on the lookout of everything, answering and solving any questions or concern I had. Honestly, I don’t think I could have found someone better than him. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
