Negative experience: If you are trying to make an offer on a home Kathie See is listed on, don’t bother. She is the least responsive person you could ask for. She also had the home under contract and didn’t bother to update the listing until 4 days later.

Negative experience: Unresponsive…. Contacted the agent, had several immediate conversations, and was told they would get back to me. Still waiting… and found out through another realtor that the property sold. They were representing the seller. As quickly as it sold, my guess is it was underpriced. Wouldn’t use these people to buy or sell a property at this point unless you want to be screwed over.

Positive experience: I don't want this person's review to reflect on the entire company so I am leaving 3 stars instead of 1. If you're planning on using this company do not go with Brian Bratton. I came in before noon during open hours but the lights were off. He told me I was "barging in on his work hours". He was very negative and condescending, even when I tried to be friendly. Weird guy. He made me feel uncomfortable like I did something wrong. I'm not sure if he's good at selling houses but he's definitely unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: My sister recommended her realtor, Barry Suttles. We have worked with Barry on and off for over 5 years, including the interruption of COVID, in search of a home in an area where there isn't very much inventory. Barry was patient and tirelessly showed us many, many homes and properties across two counties. He never pressured us and was always supportive and offered good advice. Once we found a home to purchase, he answered our emails, texts, and phone calls at all hours of the day/evening, regardless of the day of the week. He was in constant contact with the selling agent to seek additional information from missing HOA paperwork to fact-finding on the listing side; Barry also spent time reviewing paperwork, explaining forms, and offering DocuSign instructions. We know that if it wasn't for this particular Kline May realtor, we most likely would never have found or purchased a home in the area we wanted. Kline May obviously hires the best of the best, and you one hundred percent have that in Barry. Barry is the epitome of the perfect realtor - patient, kind, proactive, and knowledgeable. Kline May should be proud of this shining star on their team!

Negative experience: At Klein May get ready to get ripped off with a smile. I never heard so many lies out of an agent's mouth to get a sale done. Although you will sign a contract with the agent suggesting that he or she works in your best interest, just keep in mind that they will shamelessly work internal deals to rip you off as a seller or as a buyer. Conflict of interest isn't really taken seriously in that business when both realtors work together and Kline May is a perfect example of an agency you should avoid.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a home to buy i wouldn't recommend Chris Rooker, he would put a home on the market under contract not knowing that the home could have a lien on it, very unprofessional as a realtor, atleast do research before its being put on the market

Negative experience: A good initial impression, but that quickly goes south once they have a contract signed. Tried to keep security deposit for things they messed when building (poor single layer paint, no shower rod, etc). And wouldn't recognize a service animal until an attorney was involved.

Fantastic experience: Suzanne Daughety is the best realtor out there, hands down. Words can’t convey how absolutely incredible she is at what she does, but I’ll try anyway. She sold one of our houses for asking price after one showing and without it even being listed. The other one she sold for almost the entire asking price and did so in two days. That’s just the results of her hard work – that doesn’t get into how amazing she is to work with. You would have thought we were her only clients with the dedication she showed us and the countless late hours she spent taking care of every little detail. She gave fantastic advice and I know following it was key to her success. Suzanne never left any questions unanswered and ALWAYS responded promptly to our countless emails. Her attention to detail and amazing follow thru are just some of the ways she is THE best in the business. We cannot say enough good things about her. Fantastic experience: They were great for me--buying a house here while I was living in New Jersey. They didn't give up on me, although I was very particular.

Negative experience: Kline May sold my Daughter a house with a failed septic system in 2 months. No permit exist for the illeagel septic system. She was told it had been inspected. Now she is facing 20k for an alternative sustem. No corporation from Kline May. They will tell you anything to get you to buy a house.

She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time.
