Fantastic experience: I chose Mike to help my (pregnant) wife and me relocate to the north metro area. There are 3 words I am going to use to describe why this was a good decision: flexible, knowledgeable, resourceful. Flexible. Mike was willing to adjust his schedule to any day of the week and meet all over the upper metro. While I was out of town he drove 45 min to a house to look when it came on the market just to present it as an option. Knowledgeable. It started with early research and carried right through closing. Mike knew the locations to look from the list of wants we gave him. He gave great feedback when touring houses and made sure we were comfortable and informed up and through closing. Resourceful. If I had a dollar for every time he said, "I have a guy for that", I'd have a down payment. If he didn't know the answer to a question (and I had lots of great ones) he would make a call or scour the internet for the answer or solution. Bottom line. Pick Mike & Mari for all your real estate needs. They will not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I was referred to Mike and Maribel by a friend. After speaking with them my wife and I retained them as our representatives in purchasing a new home. We looked at about 15 or so homes with Mike and never was he pushy or impatient. We were looking for a specific home to suit our needs. Crazy enough when I found a home that I had a strong interest in Mike would point out the negatives such as worn windows or other issues that I might have overlooked.This showed me he was more concerned for me as a buyer and not looking for a sales commission. Throughout the process Mike and Maribel had OUR interests as a top priority. Mike seemed was very knowledgeable on home construction,updates, conditions, hidden issues etc that a buyer may not see on a walk through. Several times we would find a home that we wanted to see and Mike was always on the spot with making an appointment for us to see the house at a time that was convenient for us.He was very accommodating at all times. We were picky buyers:) When we found our home he answered all questions before ,during and after the closing. When we were handed the keys Mike gave us a list of numbers to call for utilities, yard work etc. He took notes from the sellers at the closing table of items I missed and gave it to me. A few days later Mike checked in with us to see how we were doing. Additionally, he also helped negotiate a buyers home warranty(1yr) that the sellers paid for. Not a huge deal and I gave it little thought. But after we moved in the furnace had an error code on the computer and wouldn't function. Turns out the furnace cpu was bad. Had the warranty not been in place this would have cost $800. In closing I would like to add that I have worked with 100's people over the years as I'm self employed and do business with lots of people. I would rank Mike and Maribel at the top as doing business with.They really have a passion for real estate. I highly recommend them. They were a joy to work with. JR
