Negative experience: Please do not rent from them. we rented a home from them always paid on time until May 2025 when there was 9 maintenance items request on the tenants login. they would never ever call or text us or email us, so we had to fix the items ourselves & we withheld the rent & Taylor Guy file eviction on us & we went to court & I presented a good case & we won, Then they wanted us to pay for July rent & when the lease was up wanted us out. They lied to the owner of the home but he just as guilty as the rest of them, They also charge us pet fee when I have a ESA letter. they will not refund me because Ross think he is untouchable. I have reported to HUD as of today & they verify my ESA letter & got a copy of the pet fee receipts the emails that I have sent Taylor she will not respond to none of the emails. she also got caught on our blink camera cussing telling the movers to throw our belonging in the road and throw our animals out let them --- in the road even the sheriff heard her say it, I really think that is very unprofessional of her to act that way I know she was trying to show off to get notice. she is EVIL person do not trust her she is a snake in the grass .these company is WORSE than Planes investment

Negative experience: This management company has been refusing for a over a YEAR to fix dangerous electrical issues that are a fire hazard. Refused to honor their word to put in a vent hood fan from when we moved here in 2022z Now the plumbing in the bathroom where we don’t have electricity is not working and when my husband spoke to the new manager recently they tried to blame the poor condition on us. We have been calling and getting the run around since December 2023. Don’t rent from them if you except to have a management company that actually does anything except take money. I have been very patient and nice since December of 2023. I am only asking for repairs to be made so I don’t have to live with a bathroom that smells like a gas station from mold and for my electricity to work in there. That’s not an unreasonable request.

Negative experience: I would highly suggest not renting with this company. They lie and are deceptive about the move out process. Their property owners will try to stiff you any chance they get. When you move in, expect their properties to be dirty, appliances disgusting and roaches to infest the livable spaces. The slap a coat of paint on the dirty walls and call it good to go. You'll have to put in maintenance request to get anything cleaned from the previous owner. And you are on the hook for bug control.

Negative experience: Been calling since Saturday, no answer, called Sunday.. no answer.. called 7 times.. called Monday, secretary. Super nice. Nobody come in Monday, nobody called me.. today is Tuesday, called 4 times asking secretary to get somebody to call me!! No body called… Wow…. What kind of realtor would be like this??? Was very interested in a property you have listed!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Well, let's see...told to come get key to see the apartment and drive 30 miles to do so and miss work just to get to the office and no key until the next day because the cleaner still had it. Go back the next day, drive 30 miles, miss work, go to apartment and it is disgusting. It smells, roaches and not cleaned AT ALL. Go back to office tell CARSON about the place and he says " oh yeah there's no electricity so they couldn't clean..." Um dude....you just told us they cleaned it that's why no key the first day!! OMG...I can't, in good conscience, recommend these guys. I'm sorry. I'm sure you are all nice. But a bold face lie is unbelievably bad for business.

Positive experience: Rented an apartment at Vidalia Suites. Pricing good. Location noisy at 1230am Tuesday mornings. No silent crossings. Checking and checklist could be better. Not complete service as a furnished rental. Repairs hard to come by.

Negative experience: Waited for days to be able to get an application for an apartment. I called everyday and always a new excuse. Then on the last day I called after waiting for so long to be able to get an application suddenly over night they had already recieved the max amount of applications for the apartment that supposedly was never ready to be looked at. I think it had something to do with the young boy at the desk. It must have been his first job.

Fantastic experience: I've known owner Ross since we were kids. This is one of the most hardest working, humble, and professional guys I've ever known in my life. I've done business with him a few times and not because he's a good friend but because he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of tothe last minute.

Negative experience: We rented a trailer from this company. Paid deposit and they take 200.00 from that for a cleaning fee but state place must be cleaned spic and span. Then I paid a month in advance but my realtor demanded to use for last mths rent. After this squabble it was put for the next months rent. I called to advise my realtor, The Thompson's that I would be late with the rent and she advised me eviction proceedings would start on the sixth. My lease says 11th. Now they have told me a sheriff would be serving me with a breath of lease and refused to let me pay rent late and so we are in process of moving. Now she is refusing to return our deposit. And they are threatening to take our belongings in. This is not a good co. To deal with. I have never experienced landlords such as these. My advice would be not to rent from this co. They do not uphold their lease. The main thing is that the trailer we we're renting , as soon as we moved in was FULL of bud. It was very much not out together right. Sloppy. And I would wake up all night with the huge flying roaches in my neck and we could not cook because if we left our food roaches would be in it. We only lived there four months. A HUGE CABINET fell off wall in kitchen and busted all my antique goass wear and all my dishes. And it fell on my 22 yr old daughters head. I did not pitch a fit or try to sue or even ask to have dishes replaced. Only for my deposit. But no deposit. And after a promise of replacing cabinet there was nothing ever done.

We know that we are taken care of as renters with them, and we take pride in and care of our rental property.
