Fantastic experience: I was following up on an inquiry made in the morning on a Saturday. Nathaniel was assigned through the system. He is in South Carolina and I was looking for information on a property in Nebo North Carolina. He tried his best to find the gate information for the property and also sent me links to realtors that are in the area for Nebo. I was on a time crunch and houses were flying off the market. Through 3 mutual friends (we were unaware that they were mutual), our alliance was sealed. Within a week, I was under contract. When I was uncertain of things or had random questions, he was there. When doubt and feeling undeserving of such a beautiful home, he was there to reassure me.
