Negative experience: We purchased our home through this office, with this agency representing the sellers, and unfortunately, our experience as buyers left a lot to be desired. From the very beginning, the listing agent, Jamie, did not make us feel particularly welcome or valued. We attended the open house for the home we ultimately purchased, and she barely acknowledged us or made any effort to interact with us. She did not offer to answer questions or make us feel like she was interested in helping us in any way. We loved the house enough to move forward regardless, but her lack of attentiveness was noticeable. When we submitted what we felt was a very reasonable offer, Jamie told us that she was surprised it was so low. We completely understand that a seller may not be happy with an initial offer, but we felt that comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. There are ways to communicate a seller’s response without making buyers feel judged for making an offer. The final walkthrough was another disappointing part of the process. We were rushed through it and were not given much time to thoroughly look over the house before closing. As first time homebuyers, we didn’t know what we didn’t know, and we relied on the professionals involved to help guide us through the process. Fortunately, everything ended up being fine, but we should have been given adequate time and guidance to make sure everything was in order. When we went to the office to sign the closing paperwork, we again felt rushed and largely ignored. Jaime spent much of the time whispering with the sellers and did not seem particularly interested in interacting with us. What especially rubbed me the wrong way was that she gave the sellers a gift right in front of us. I understand that our own agent’s choice not to give us a closing gift was not Jamie’s responsibility, but given how little attention we had received throughout the process, it felt particularly uncomfortable to sit there while the sellers were being given special attention. We absolutely love our new home, and thankfully the transaction itself ultimately went smoothly. However, loving the house does not change how we were treated throughout the process. As first time buyers, we expected a greater level of professionalism, communication, and guidance. Instead, we repeatedly felt like our presence and experience as buyers mattered much less than the sellers’. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, because every client deserves to feel respected, welcomed, and supported throughout such a significant purchase.

Negative experience: About 2 years ago, I had to deal with Michelle Howe; she was nice and okay. But honestly, I saw the greed from this company, they were working with the seller and the mortgage company. They all tried to screw me over. I felt pushed, rushed into purchasing a home thinking they were Walmart approved realtor who will find on my behalf. But oh boy, what a wasted money and opportunity.

Positive experience: Look, I've spoken to several people at this agency and at a few different offices since they represent seller too. Everyone has been super nice. I believe these are some pretty decent folk but unfortunately I can't give them highest marks because my agent "noped" out on me just 48 hours before my trip up to tour 3 properties all the way from the deep south. Touring properties is just part of a real estate agents job. If an agent is uncomfortable touring properties with a client, especially a serious client, then they might not be fit for this particular role. Again, very sweet people, but I would definitely set your expectations early and make sure they intend to follow through on them.

And once we did, she helped us through every step of the process. She always worked with our schedule and even helped connect us to realtors outside her territory. If you are looking for properties in NH, Donna should be your agent!

Negative experience: DO NOT SELL A HOUSE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They are screwing my mother over by charging her for something that happened to the house AFTER the signing. The house was sold AS IS and the buyer declined an inspection. On top of that one of their agents was calling my mother while she was in the hospital to bug her about it.

Negative experience: They do not respect a person working frontlines and when they say they doing a tour you tell them your coming off an overnight shift so please not tour near my room. But let's stand outside your room talking for 10 mins about the house and not even know the correct facts I guess much better

Negative experience: We made an appointment with Christine Houston for 2 condo showings and was a no show, no call. When asked she gave excuses like it wasn’t an appointment, I hung up on her. Totally unprofessional, irresponsible.
