Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about Dale. These days, many real estate agents seem more focused on the transaction than truly caring about their clients. Dale is different. I was purchasing a home from out of town and never saw the property in person, so I had to rely on her heavily throughout the process. She was never pushy and repeatedly reminded me not to feel pressured, even asking multiple times if I was sure before moving forward. What I respected most was her integrity. She kept her word on everything she committed to and was always honest, responsive, and professional. Thank you, Dale, for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for an agent who genuinely puts her clients first.

Fantastic experience: Just closed on land March 24, 2021. Most real estate agents will return your first call, help you once or twice, then they are gone...a quality that taints their industry, in my opinion. But not Harriett Downs. We started out with Marc who was wonderful in sending us listings for a piece of rural land for our weekend getaway. He even was available when we were lost and called him asking for help. Always pleasant and concerned that we would find what we were in search of that day. After weeks of looking (and getting lots of listings forwarded to us by him), we finally found our five acres in Levy County. Then, we continued with Donna, another great agent who works with Marc, and she was just as wonderful...promptly getting us our contracts to sign, explaining everything, enduring our changes with a polite 'no problem', and doing everything a great agent should do. So, could we possibly be happier with the service provided to us? NO WAY. Marc and Donna are the absolute best..take it from someone who has been buying real estate for over 40 years. We highly, highly recommend Harriet Downs. You will not be disappointed.
Welcome to the neighborhood!! Thank you for your business and the great review.
Negative experience: Never returned call
Hi Robert, I'm sorry your call was not returned. I see when you called but you didn't leave your phone number. The volume of calls we receive did not allow us to find your number in our call log. Truly sorry we disappointed you.
Fantastic experience: Got 5 acres for 20
Thank you for your review. Glad we could be of help!!
Positive experience: Professional and pleasant interaction when call was placed.
Thank you for your review. Please let us know what it would take to get 5 STARS next time.
