Negative experience: It can be very frustrating for a seller when a showing agent won't respond to listing agent's feedback request. Even negative feedback is helpful and constructive and after getting a home ready on short notice despite the MLS listing requesting an appointment takes a lot of effort when a family is living in it. Lack of professionalism shows here.

Fantastic experience: The team at LBRE are rock stars! Rented a duplex unit from them and it was an all smiles experience! The place was exactly as advertised, looking great upon move-in. Maintenance was prompt and competent the few times I had a request. The online tenant portal of their website was a breeze. Special thanks to Melanie who was my property manager there. She was very kind and so pleasant to interact with, always taking the time to listen to and address my needs with genuine care and compassion. I highly recommend LBRE!

Negative experience: Wellll. I asked Mona to look at a property for me... due to the fact I am looking to buy something to start a business. When I waited a week maybe two... no call, text....anything. when I called I was told she had given the chore of looking up one blding...to her assistant. No problem...I waited... and waited. I didn't get a text a call or email. So... I know my money is as green as the next person's...someone else will do just fine.

Negative experience: Stay away from this real estate company. After the owning agent was told THREE time over the phone that my husband ( A military contractor of 35 years) and myself ( an educator of 28 years) MORE than qualify to rent her desert hole in the wall apartment that she has illegal listed claiming it is bigger than it really is by 900 square feet. she continued to say we won't qualify if we are people who are evicted, or don't make three times the rent and if we are on welfare they won't rent to us. in our opinion Not a real estate you want to buy from or list with.

I'm also a special needs mother my son is nonverbal autistic and Deina is so knowledgeable about the world of autism being she's also a special needs mother herself and a former autism teacher that made my son and I very comfortable working all together. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with realtor Deina Bowers. We were looking for a nice lot, but we didn't really know where to start. We were turned away by another realtor's office. They were too busy. We decided to give Lisa Bond's office a call, hoping they weren't too busy for us. That is where we met Deina. She greeted us right away as we walked in the door. Just after we briefly spoke on the phone. She stopped everything she was doing to help us. She showed us all kinds of lots for sale in our price range. Then, we went for a drive to look at all the ones we picked out. We had the best time. She was genuine. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We did decide on a lot. And did put in an offer. We sure hope they except. We look forward to our retirement and hope to build there someday. We own other properties and houses in Washington. But i have never met a realtor, so gracious as Deina. Such a beautiful soul. As a first time homebuyer I needed extra assistance and guidance with everything. From working with a lender to get approved, to working with the title company and coordinating all appointments. Regular checkups and updates along the way relieved any stress I felt and made the process easy and efficient. Deina cares about her clients and will go out of her way to make sure you have the information that you need. I received every document in a timely manner, and Deina made sure I was aware and prepared for the steps ahead. When I had questions Deina made sure to answer them almost immediately, or would call me if needed. I am so grateful that Deina was able to work with me and represent me, and I feel like no realtor could have done a better job. If I am ever in need of a realtor again, Deina is the only one for me.

Negative experience: Lisa and her crew did not do a good job helping me not only did they try to have me pay double the deposit they also wanted it in two week and to make it worse I had to put In a 30 day notice before I even applied for a house I didn't end up getting because of outrageous security deposits poor customer service they may have helped some people but my family got the short end of the stick
