He had worked with us for several years, patiently taking us to visit houses every time we came to Park City, through a period in which we changed our minds several times about what time of house we were looking for and when we were looking to buy it. His knowledge of local neighborhoods, available homes, and home buying trends was truly impressive. And when it came time to buy the house, Ryan and others in the office like Megan helped us bid remotely and take care of all the closing paperwork remotely. Helpful in any time (because we were out-of-state) but especially during the pandemic! Ryan gave us sound advice on how to bid, and then found experts to deal with every issue that came up - from physical inspection issues to permit questions.
