His years of expertise really shined through (which was super helpful and affirming since this is our first ever house).

Fantastic experience: Rick Settani was patient and understanding in our sale. Always proactive and reliable. Knows the business and always helpful. A great guy!

Fantastic experience: Selling a house is stressful! I have known Rick for many years. When I called him about selling my house, he walked me through the process and assured me that he would make it as easy as possible. From start to finish everything went well. I would recommend his services to anyone. It was a pleasure working with Rick.

Fantastic experience: Great Job again Rick!

Fantastic experience: Rick was excellent! He helped me every step of the way. He answered every question and concern in detail. Each time I called or texted he was there for me within minutes. Rick is experienced, patient and very helpful. His knowledge in the industry kept me at ease. This was an emotionally, physically draining process for me and my family and Rick helped us through each and every day without knowing it.

Fantastic experience: The best in the business! Rick was with us through our very particular house hunting experience for a few years. He cared about our best interests the entire time and made sure we were comfortable with any house we looked at. I cannot give him enough praise for all the time he spent and all the houses he showed us. Once we found our forever home, he was fantastic with taking care of the back end of things. His communication is top notch. I truly cannot thank Rick enough for his time, knowledge and care throughout this process.

Fantastic experience: Rick Settani at Showcase always delivers on all fronts!! I have worked with Rick many times on the selling and buying of a home. Each time has been an absolute pleasure. Rick is knowledgeable, communicative and genuinely had my best interests at heart. Rick guided me through every step of the (home selling & home buying) process with patience and clarity. Thanks to Rick's expertise, I recently closed on a home I love and the process felt smooth and stress-free. I truly felt supported the entire way through. I highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You won't find a more dedicated and trustworthy agent!

Fantastic experience: I don't see my review, so I want to repost one because working with Rick selling my condo was a great experience. Rick is very professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: The best agent i ever had! Realistic and easy to work with!

Fantastic experience: After watching the issues that other friends have gone through during the process of selling their houses, I can’t believe how lucky I was to get a real estate person like Rick on my first try, just based on solid Google reviews and a couple of other random factors. I never sold a house before and I explained that to Rick along with some other needs that I had, right up front, and Rick was good with all of it. He explained things perfectly through the whole process, including the thinking behind different decisions that he was ssuggesting. I never felt pressured into anything and was free to pick and choose what I wass comfortable with, fom those suggestions. Rick's responsiveness is scary fast. I swear that he must eat with the phone in his hand and seemingly never sleeps. A couple of days after we put it on the market, I started my cross country drive, with full confidence that Rick had the whole thing under control. The morning of the second day of my drive, I got the call that we had a buyer at my target price. Even with that person having their own unique situation, Rick kept me fully updated along the way and it all unfolded almost exactly as he said that it would. Rick is definitely a patient guy who talked me down off the ceiling a couple of times when I was freaking out over nothing. He is a friendly huy and very knowledgeable about the area, with decades of experience. A lot of people throw around the phrase “above and beyond,” but I can’t think of a better way to describe my experience of selling my home with Rick at the helm!

Fantastic experience: Rick is the best at what he does and knows the right people. Great person
