There were a number of steps in this process requiring Town, County, HOA, Utility and other approvals. A survey was needed and an updated plat. Alysha kept the process moving and coordinated the process when I wasn't available to do so.

Started looking at properties to check out on our last day. Had no intention of calling a realtor. Alysha was listed on a condo we were peeking in windows. I called her to ask if she was available. Fantastic experience: It has been a pleasure to work with Alysha on selling our home in Pagosa Springs. It started with her providing a report on comparable homes and a recommendation on a price range to help us set the list price. We picked the mid-point of the range, and it turned out to be just right. We got a full price offer after just a few days, and although the buyer backed out eventually, Alysha had immediately located a backup buyer through her contacts. It was a full price offer again with a cash transaction and this time it went through! Throughout the process Alysha and her transaction coordinator Jessica were very diligent in keeping us on track with all the intermediate deadlines, coordinating with the title company (we recommend Colorado Title and Closing Services), finding a contractor available for some minor repairs, even lending a hand occasionally with the final cleaning. Because we were also paying cash for the house we were buying in Albuquerque, the timing of both closings was critical. Alysha stayed in contact with our New Mexico realtor to help coordinate the progress of both transactions. It was touch-and-go for a while, but in the end the stars lined up and we were able to close on the Pagosa home one day, wire the proceeds to the title company in Albuquerque, and close on that one remotely the next day. Alysha has a warm personality, a good sense of humor, and is easy to work with. She helped us a lot, got the job done, and we had a few good laughs along the way.
