Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful folks at A&M... After over 3 years, I am moving to a new house, but the place I'm leaving will always be a special home to me. All thanks to LaShelle, who has since retired (YAY for her!), and Trey and Elena have stepped right in and not missed a beat. From timely responses to any issues I've had, a straightforward, easy-to-understand lease, and being kind, understanding, and helpful. I could go on and on about how well I have been treated by everyone, including the homeowner who allowed me the use of his trailer to help clean things up. It has been an absolute treasure of a home, and the people at A&M have been so helpful and just amazing. When it's time for your next move or you need a good company to be your property management company, I would highly recommend the amazing team at Althea & Munro, otherwise known as A&M. Thank you all so much for something I'll never be able to really put into words.

Negative experience: Very disrespectful and found employees speeding on small city streets.

Negative experience: Not helpful people at all rude and disrespectful tried moving into a place and you have to make 3 times the amount knowing dam well everyone has a hard time making twice the amount, there’s to much hate in the world

Fantastic experience: Holly and LaShelle were so helpful! We were givin a short window of time to work with and they got us set up quickly with a great place. We were only with A&M a year, but they are pleasure to work with. Clean, organized, excellent communication and follow up.

Fantastic experience: A & M offers customer services that make your rental feel like it’s always your home. They always cared about our safety and well being. Going above and beyond to insure both were taken care of promptly and with empathy. They were quick to make any repairs that came up. Always friendly and easy to get ahold of.

Negative experience: Gross apartment for average price. Black mold growing on the ceiling. You can hear rats running throughout the house at night. No order to the parking, only 5 parking spaces on the street and 8 appartments. No security to speak of in a sketchy area. A car of mine actually got totaled parked out front of the place we were staying, they didn't care. Very limited hot water, neighbors used it all most nights. No prorate on leave, even if you're a just a few days late on the notice you still pay the whole month's rent. I can't speak for the houses they offer but if you're looking at their apartments, just sleep under a bridge.

Negative experience: The owner of A.&M Properties physically assaulted me and now I'm homeless because of it.

Fantastic experience: We have been renting with A&M for over 10 years.We are sad to see the property owner selling our duplex, hes always been caring to us and friendly and A&M staff has been the best people to deal with. 100 times then any other property company in the valley. We hope to rent from A&M again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been renting with A&M for over a year now and have loved every second. Robin and LaShelle have been so helpful with everything we’ve needed and had someone over to fix whatever needed fixed with in a reasonable time. My boyfriend and I have had the BEST experience with them compared to some rental companies in the valley. We would highly recommend anyone and everyone to Robin and LaShelle!

Negative experience: When you guys rent from them make sure you guys take picture of everything and print them out, we gave them a deposite of $900 dollars , we painted the rooms because they let us , we didn’t even ask we bought blinds that were needed for the kitchen and now that we have moved out they charged us $573 more and kept the deposit saying that we didn’t have permission to paint the rooms we lived there for 4 years paid rent on time , really unprofessional

Fantastic experience: They set us up with a rental house only asking 1st months rent and deposit. Its unheard of in this valley not to have to pay last months rent up front also. Plus in our case the pet fee was only 150. We've been screwed out of 500 on our last rental and 400 on the previous for the same fee. This place rocks

Fantastic experience: Very kind people, if they hadnt taken a chance on me i wouldnt have a home where me and my children could live together. Every where else i went turned me away because my credit isnt perfect but lachelle didnt bat an eye, she immediately found a place for us regardless of my past, they give people second chances, thank you!

Negative experience: Like many smaller property management companies, they were once great when they first started out. But unfortunately the quality of service seemed to gradually decline over the years as they've grown, to the point that monthly rent deposits were chronically late. And while they're usually pleasant enough, on the other hand whenever you'd approach them about an issue, there was often the sense that they were sorta doing you a 'favor' to take care of anything. Also for a community with so many hispanic tenants, it was always surprising that they never had anyone who could speak spanish.

Fantastic experience: This is shout out for Robinn and Peter at A & M Properties. They did a tremendous job both in the management and sale of my investment property in Wenatchee. We had a tenant who left a large amount of pet damage, and Robinn on her own initiative recovered repair costs that went over and above the security deposit. Once it came time for me to sell the property, Peter did a great job listing and getting the property sold - the deal was done within a few short months after we listed. I can recommend A & M Properties without reservation - they did a wonderful job for me! If I am ever interested in a property in Wenatchee in the future, they will be the first people I will call. Fantastic experience: As a renter with A&M for two years my experience was great. The office staff were always friendly and helpful with any questions or maintenance. Sidewalks were always shoveled in the winter and the maintenance guy kept up on what needed attention. If I were moving back into the area I would definitely rent from them again.

Fantastic experience: I started working with A & M in January 2017. I have been very pleased with their service. They do a great job of keeping me informed and involved in decisions related to my rental property.

Negative experience: Company has many sketchy ways of handling and they do not renew leases they raise the rent on you without approval and can vacate you from the residence at last minute notice

Fantastic experience: Rented from these guys for a couple years and they are great. They have great response time, gave us respect (which I didn't find at other rental companies) and are friendly... LaShelle is fantastic!!

Negative experience: I can't get anyone to return my voice messages! That is piss poor customer service and unprofessional. If I could give them a minus star I would. Finding a place is critical to me and my son !

I also vetted this company by inquiring about their reputation thru several real estate brokers at my church and was able to confirm their reliable record. Glad I chose A&M.

Fantastic experience: My experience as a Tennant has been great. They always return my calls and are very friendly. I've been renting with them for 2 + years. They took over for Peter Nolan properties when they were managing the property I was living at, now that guy was a bad landlord, very rude. I liked a & m so much that I decided to stay with them when the apt. complex I lived at was purchased by a private owner and i was told I had to move to a new place. I feel like they did everything they could to help me get into another place quickly. I love my new place 1000 times more than the old one. Thanks ladies for being so unlike a lot of other businesses in wenatchee. It's a pleasure to come see you all when I drop off my rent every month
