Lauren took over the listing on our 35 year old house during a difficult selling market, provided more practical evidence-based pricing information and guided us through three escrow processes due to the challenges presented by the age of the home (such as replacing a perfectly good tile roof because it was not insurable in our market). We were remote owners living 1200 miles away, and Lauren and her team took care of everything - great staging, arranging snow removal, finding resourses to address inspection issues and providing access to vendors for the needed work. Fantastic experience: Lauren Trent is a go getter! When we decided to sell our house we interviewed several realtors. We decided on Lauren because we knew she would be the one to sell our house and to get what it was worth. When we first met her she came across as someone who knew what she was doing. From staging the home (looked so good that I would have stayed in it if we hadn't already decided to move!). The first weekend she held 2 Open Houses and we had multiple offers! Fantastic experience: Lauren is a calm in the whirlwind . Moving to another state is hard, on top of that the market seemed to becoming more turbulent but honestly nothing felt anything less than a storm while we were packing up our entire lives and leaving the home we raised our child in for a new adventure. She came in and minute one I knew she (and the Fletcher team) would take this listing and run with it.. little did I know how far she would go to get this done.. in a matter of less than 30 hours from listing, she had multiple offers, all well over ask. Fantastic experience: Lauren is hands down the best realtor I have ever dealt with! We were living in Connecticut trying to buy a home in Colorado and it took about a year to find the house that suited us. One of the things that impressed me most about Lauren is she never pressured us in any way, shape or form! At one point I said to her, "Aren't you getting a little impatient with us since it was so difficult having us 2000 miles away?" She assured us that she was not getting impatient and in fact she affirmed that she would do whatever it takes to find the home that we wanted! The other thing that she did that was absolutely amazing is that when we found the home we wanted, after the seller accepted our offer, she had the home inspection done the next day!
