She was patient and listened to our “must have” list in what we were looking for in our new home. We looked at only homes that met our needs and were within our budget. Fantastic experience: Jenn was referred to me in 2022 to help find my parents house. She went above and beyond driving around Perry, Cumberland and York County showing them homes and getting them in to see listings. For their purchase, she not only got them in as the first showing, but also quickly negotiated a deal to have the Sellers stop showings. This all took place during the height of the crazy market and my parents have found their final retirement home. Jenn is easy to talk to, easily reached and has also become a wonderful professional referral for the law firm I work for. She has assisted us on many estates throughout Cumberland and surrounding counties and has spent countless hours driving around or comforting clients when dealing with selling a property after their family member passes away. Even on maternity leave, Jenn went to a town home for an estate to look at the premises, so we could get it listed ASAP - she even brought her newborn along with her! Truly the best!
