Fantastic experience: My experience with the Richards Group was primarily with Scotty. We initially met Allison to view a property but due to a scheduling conflict we had, Allison was kind enough to allow us access to another property through Scotty! Scotty has been such a blessing and joy to work with! We connected with him on a personal level unlike any other Realitor we’ve worked with! He made sure we were informed of all transactions taking place behind the scenes. Countless text, calls and emails created clear communication as he sacrificed many days to serve as our representative! Well Done Scotty! Allison was delightful but I truly believe God placed you in our path and I am grateful!

Fantastic experience: Allison was referred to my realtor in DFW. Before meeting her I had my beach home on the market for 9 months and didn’t have any action. I don’t live near the home and didn’t have any time to spend prepping the home for sale. She came in and took control. Was accurate in the amount of money in cosmetic repairs it would take to get it sold. She listed it slightly above what she had originally told me and was able to get it under contract at that price within a week of going live. She advised previously we would have to make some concessions for a roof replacement and we did. We ended up closing a week early which was about 30-40 days after list. I deal with a lot of realtors who will over promise on what they can get for the house and hope to get you to settle for an offer significantly below that. Allison was upfront and honest if what it would take to move the property and delivered exactly on what she said. Not over or under promise and then over or under deliver. Rather deliver on exactly what she said she would. Lots of realtor’s just sell homes. Allison controlled both sides of the transaction and “brokered” the deal. That is a big difference. I walk away a happy seller and I believe the buyers are walking away happy buyers. Delivering a “win-win” in the 30A market is not easy unless you are really good at what you do. Fantastic experience: From the buy side, I would sum up TRG in three ways: (1) Knowledgeable - They have been working the 30A area for a long time and they know the neighborhoods, streets, builders, communities, service providers, etc. As a new buyer to the area with lots of questions, there was nothing they could not answer; (2) Strategic - They know how to position an offer, negotiate it and get all parties on the same page. Their win-win approach is the way to do it; And (3) Masters of Execution - from offer acceptance to close they were on top of EVERYTHING. There we no details missed and the communication with us and with the sell side was phenomenal. Seriously, we've worked with buy side teams before and always felt like we had to drive the process. Not with TRG. They were always one step ahead. Strong recommend from us!

Negative experience: I would've like to post the messages. Listen I don't know if it's my skin tone or the fact that I am female. I wrote an offer 95% of asking with no seller assistance, close in 5 days... no response. I text Allison to see if she'd gotten the offer, she replied she think so but didn't know cause she wasn't in the office. Texted again asking for the Sellers closing attorney's information for the earnest money check. Girly did not reply. She let the offer expire.
