Fantastic experience: How do you choose the perfect Realtor? My advice: start by looking for the best. That's exactly what I did. I searched Google for the top Realtors in Cape Girardeau and Jackson, Missouri. I contacted the top three agents, and from the very first phone call I could already tell the difference in customer service. I scheduled a meeting with each of them to learn about their process and review their listing agreements. One agent wanted to charge an extra fee just to register my home and said it would take up to 10 business days before it was listed on the market. Choosing Mr. Sergio Ramos was an easy decision. He responded to my message almost immediately, met with me the very same day, returned my calls within a couple of hours, and had my house listed the very next day after we signed the agreement. Best of all, there were no extra fees to list my home. The results speak for themselves ...my house was sold in just 36 hours after hitting the market! I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Ramos and the entire selling experience. He is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to his clients. If you're looking for a realtor who delivers outstanding service and results, I highly recommend Sergio Ramos.

Fantastic experience: Buying a home soon? In the vast ocean of Realtors out there, I was lucky enough to find safe harbor in the prodigious Sergio Ramos… As a first-time Home-buyer, I felt compelled to learn all that I could about the home-buying process, and I constantly threw complex questions at several different Realtors that I was initially corresponding with. Only one Realtor rose to the proverbial top of the figuritive lighthouse, within which my expectations lay waiting. Sergio not only provided quick, accurrate responses, but he provided them in such a way that I felt confident that his information was sound, and honest. As previously eluded to, I had done quite a bit of research via Youtube and Google, and some of the inquiries I posted to other Realtors left them momentarily stunned, leading to them quickly changing their tact, attempting to modify their approach for someone that had, in some regard, done their homework. This felt inherently sneaky, dishonest even, yet with Sergio, I never experienced such misgivings, because he was realistic, honest, and informative every step of the way. At one point, I knew that I must be considered a bit overbearing, what, between my constant inquiries, and deliberately silly questions, yet Sergio always ended our communications by urging me to reach out again if it would help me feel more comfortable with the process of making such an important monetary commitment. I cannot say enough about the way that Sergio nurtured my desire to learn, nor can I justly point out any reason that I would warn against joining "Team Sergio", because my experience was tremendously better than I thought it could possibly be as a first-time home-buyer. In the end, I would do it again, because I feel that God put this particular Gentleman in my path, and I am very thankful for that… Lastly, I would like to touch on the humerous portion of this review, as I insinuated to Sergio that I would likely do so when reviewing him... I constantly teased Sergio, calling him the most dapper Realtor in Missouri. Think Clark Kent, mixed with Jason Statham, but with more of a Mark Whalberg type of build, only bigger biceps… This guy just looks the part… If there were ever a Missouri Realtor calendar, Sergio would DEFINITELY be February. His style looks like something straight out of a GQ magazine, and his hair, semblant to the model-like images that one might see on the wall at a prestegious barbershop, advertising the perfect haircut styles available. His smile awakened within me, a desire to revisit my dentist, so that I might have another whitening done soon, for suddenly, my teeth just don't feel white enough in comparrison. His voice, like warm caramel, slowly dripping down the rim of your favorite iced-coffee. While he undoubtedly wears designer cologne that smells like the essence of success, he should be in old-spice commercials, because he is simply that surreal and impressive. Sergio is awesome, and I'm sure you'll think so too! Just don't get jealous when you finally meet this Adonis in person, for such unharnessed emotions might impede your decision to go with the best specimen ever created in "The Genetic Modification Lab of Future Realtors" (TGMLFR)… I'm not accusing anybody of anything… I'm not saying that this is the case with Sergio, but… natural perfection does seem to have it's limits, and well… Sergio…… I'm just saying… All jokes aside, I took the time to write this review because the man deserved it. I am the very critical type. I do that which I feel is warranted via Karmic balance, and as such, taking the time to write this review was a no-brainer. If in doubt, and Sergio happens across your path, I recommend you give him a proper chance to make a proper impression. It turned out to be a blessing for me, and I am endlessly grateful for it!
