Negative experience: I would give them a 0 rating but that option is not available. The were the realtor on several properties that we looked at with our realtor .They were very underhanded in their dealings IE: we lost the house we going to buy and instead of sending me back my deposit money he held on to it for 5 weeks. One of the properties we were putting a deposit on afterwards we were told it was already kin contract annd had a back up offer. Then we looked at another house and after going to contract we were informed that the seller needed at least 30 days after close before she could move out. Then after the inspection repirt came in we were informed that the seller would not make any repairs including removing the black mold.
