When we sold our house in April of 2025 to move out of state. Taylor took care of everything. She even helped us find someone to sand the driveway when our guy fell through. After she expertly navigated Covid complexities when we bought our house with her in 2020, we knew she'd be our listing agent when we decided to sell our house in 2023. After seeing the way the market had changed we didn't have much hope of finding something to fit our 5 person family that was affordable to us. Taylor worked long days and nights for her many clients and then still found the time to meet with us and walk us through what to expect as we got our pre approval and started to look. She found us our home and walked us through everything to expect from writing our offer, what it would include/not included , crying with us that the sellers had chosen our offer out of many and then everything up until our closing. She gave great recommendations on repair company's to help us with some upgrades/fixes. From our first meeting, where we discussed options for selling my home I knew Taylor was realistic, honest and confident in her ability to market the home to potential buyers.
