Fantastic experience: I just want to start off by saying Tyler is the most honest real estate agent out there! He works hard to get your home sold and also for you to get the home of your dreams. We just closed on the purchase of our home and it was the smoothest transaction buying a home in my opinion! We are in the process of selling our previous home and although we’ve had some setbacks, Tyler has made sure to keep the situation positive and running smoothly! I will never use another agent other than him. He treats you like family and gets the job done all at the same time.

Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Tyler Schmitz to sell my home, and I really want to say, he is an honest, committed, and trustworthy agent of the highest regard. I had a situation with a buyer that almost went to court, and Tyler was with me every step of the way. When we had to review the events with a law office, the attorney was so impressed with Tyler's records he turned to me and said "This is a great real estate agent." I completely agreed. Tyler was also instrumental in evaluating the situation, and pointing out why it would be better to put the house back on the market than to pursue legal action, even though thanks to his records, we definitely had a case. Ultimately Tyler was able to get the house back on the market, find a great buyer, and close. Additionally, his professional network of plumbers, carpenters, and repair contractors is absolutely top notch. When there were delays with the builder Tyler got involved to rectify the issue and arranged upgrades due to the problems. He didn’t have to involve himself with this but did. If he was unable to make it, he set up what needed to be done with another associate of his available so we would not have to reschedule. Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a home since September. My time was wasted the first realtor it seemed like they wanted to throw me a money pit. My lender referred me to Tyler, and he was amazing! He only showed me THREE houses! Tyler found the perfect house for me in a 2-3 week time frame versus a 4 month time period. He listens,and cares about what is best for his customers. He gives his honest opinion and doesn't try to hide or cover anything needed in the home. Doesn't urge you to do anything you're not comfortable doing. 100/10 would recommend!

If there was something with a house that wasn’t great, he let me know. I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I was moving due to some horrible circumstances, and Tyler really made the process so much easier and comfortable for me. I’m a first time buyer so it was all new and scary for me.
