Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to have made the connection with Tyler (OT!) and his team. He has taken the terrifying event of selling our family home and turned it into yet another beautiful moment and memory, that I can look back on and remember fondly. Fantastic experience: I contacted Tyler to help sell my mom's condo and the very next day he met up with me. Thankfully, I recieved a tip that a neighbor was interested in the property and Tyler immediately contacted the buyer to set up a meeting. He treats every sale, big or small, like it's his only one, paying attention to every detail until the very end. He has helped us from residential small empty lots to large commercial buildings and is constantly aware of properties and areas even if he is not the listing agent. Fantastic experience: Boy did we have a time of it! Tyler and his team sold our house in 1 day for more than our asking price! They did a wonderful job with the photos - totally truthful (some online are definitely not truthful!) The new buyers were a contingent offer, but we accepted it. Their sale then fell through. Then their second sale fell through. We were distraught. It was a couple months later and 2 days before closing, they pulled out. Tyler worked his magic and within 4 hours we had 3 showings and 1 offer .... for the same amount, no contingency! A couple weeks later - SOLD! Through the entire situation, Tyler and his team were responsive, proactive, and working hard for us. Not just letting things happen, but making things happen. We enjoyed getting to know him and his team and would highly recommend them for selling your home. Now .... about accepting a contingency offer ..... don't get us started ..... :)
