She's super professional, friendly, and warm. Throughout the process of showing me houses, she gave me recommendations and advice on everything overall, she was an amazing agent. Even with a budget, picky wishlist and a (very) random schedule, Kim has managed to eagerly schedule, show up, accommodate and follow up every single time. She is always honest, professional, friendly and extremely helpful (she even managed to keep our toddler busy when we have to drag him to showings - no easy feat)! Kim will go out of her way to pull a rabbit out of a hat when it doesn’t seem possible and we continue to look forward to our showings with her. Fantastic experience: I only very recently met and worked with Kim... it's been a wild ride!?! We first spoke on the day after Christmas 2023 regarding a condo I liked. We communicated from 12/27-30 by email/phone/text. She was incredibly responsive/available and able to accommodate a short notice request for me to tour a Laguna Woods condo on a rainy, New Year's Eve 210 miles from my home! She even helped me measure the rooms... way above and beyond!!! We continued to communicate constantly on Monday, New Year's Day 2024, and even generated our first offer. After considerable negotiation, we made our second offer on Wednesday! Although not accepted, it in no way negatively impacted my impressions of Kim. And it all took place in basically one week. During all of that, she also got me qualified for residency and supported me through financing and funding requirements. She is an incredibly dedicated, hardworking, patient, professional, honest, positive person... a truly kind-hearted, warm individual, rare indeed. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking the assistance of a wonderful RE Agent in their search for their next home. I would give her a "10" if possible!
