After purchasing a turnkey property about 24 months ago, I was having issues with a negligent property managment company whose initials are E.S.P.M out of Iowa. (stay away) Because of their negligence, I was in a jam. Starr helped me sell it without a loss and had no reservations about helping me out out when I explained the situation. Within a week she had 4 potential cash offers and a slow flip offer. Her communication was immediate i regards any snags or snafus. She even helped out with the landscaping situation.
