Fantastic experience: Anthony and Adrienne provided amazing service from start to finish. First class from start to finish! Anthony was our real estate agent, and Adrienne was our transaction coordinator. Together, they kept us informed literally every step of the way, making the entire process feel seamless. The communication was perfect. They were proactive in their process so we were aware of what was coming and how long we'd have for each part of this process. When challenges arose (as they do with any large transaction!), Anthony stepped up and truly went above and beyond to support us and get the deal closed. This meant supporting in a whole host of ways and he stepped up every time and was relentless in his pursuit of getting us the house and moving us toward the finish line. We were grateful for his dedication, problem-solving, and commitment to seeing everything through. Adrienne was equally spectacular. Her approach was rooted in ensuring the customer, in this case my partner and I, had all the information we needed and was extremely responsive to anything that arose. She was always happy to hop on the phone or to follow up on our behalf. Never missed a beat. We’ve bought a number of homes over the years, and this was by far the easiest, smoothest transaction we’ve experienced, thanks to their leadership, communication, and attention to detail. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience working with the LaRoche team from start to finish during our recent search for property. Jen and Anthony spent over two hours during our initial meeting thoroughly going over every detail of the home buying process. They carefully listened to our needs and wants and then set up a search for us on KW’s easy to use search engine. Adrienne and Jen are great however we spent the majority of our time working with Anthony Manzari, our buyer’s agent, who is truly an amazing person. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is sincere, honest, down-to-earth, hardworking, incredibly responsive and has unparalleled integrity. He did not hesitate to travel all over with us to find the perfect place from Castile in Wyoming County to Sodus in Wayne County. Whenever I expressed interest in a property, he would have all the data and paperwork to us within the hour. When we finally decided on a house, he bent over backwards to help us through what proved to be a challenging process with a difficult seller. He arranged our inspections and was present at each one which was especially helpful because we had a preplanned trip out of town during our septic inspection. He arranged appointments with contractors for all estimates and then worked tirelessly to negotiate concessions from the seller. When the seller attempted to remove items from the property, he went to bat for us to make sure the items stayed with the home. Personally, I found Anthony to be a great person too – he has a great sense of humor and is very personable and easy to talk to. I try to do my best at work and I expect people to do the best who work for me. Anthony more than met my high standards. I'm sure I was demanding at times but he always made me feel respected and appreciated. I could not recommend anyone more. You could not ask for a better person (and team) to be in your corner in this crazy real estate market. I rarely leave reviews but I’m honored to write this review for Anthony Manzari and the LaRoche Team.

Erin is simply the absolute best at what she does, and we cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients. She is such a kind and genuine soul and still makes the effort to check in on us to this day- well after the sales were finalized. She went from a realtor to a friend and her, her husband and her son even came to our baby’s first birthday. We couldn't have done this without her and we recommend her to everyone we know! I also want to add that Adrienne was also amazing on the back end of things and extremely responsive and communicative! You can tell she is highly organized and also genuinely cares so much about all of the clients. She is super sweet and was also always there to answer any questions we had! The photographer they use is also professional and talented, and he made our house look incredible in the listing photos! Negative experience: The process of selling a home should be both exciting and supported by a professional who is committed to their clients’ best interests. Unfortunately, our experience working with Jennifer Laroche of Keller Williams Realty did not meet these expectations. Before selecting an agent, we met with several realtors. Ms. Laroche’s credentials, including her reputation as being among the top agents in the area, and her initial presentation regarding the sale of our home were compelling. Based on this, we chose to work with her. While we ultimately did receive an offer that led to the sale of our property, the overall experience was disappointing and, at times, deeply uncomfortable. During Ms. Laroche’s initial visit to evaluate our home, her conduct was unprofessional. While we walked through the property discussing updates such as fresh paint and improvements, her conversation frequently focused on personal topics unrelated to the sale, including repeated mentions of her exercise routine and lifestyle. Additionally, I noticed that many of my questions and comments were directed to my husband rather than to me, which I found dismissive and inappropriate. The interaction created discomfort for both of us, detracting from what should have been a focused and professional consultation. When we later sat down to review her sales approach, we attempted to communicate our priorities and expectations clearly. However, the same patterns continued, leaving me concerned about the level of professionalism and attentiveness we could expect moving forward. At a follow-up visit after we had completed significant improvements to prepare the home for listing, Ms. Laroche appeared disengaged and did not acknowledge the extent of the work that had been done. At that time, I addressed my concerns directly with her regarding her earlier behavior. After the home was listed, communication was largely handled by her assistant, who was responsive and helpful. However, Ms. Laroche’s limited direct involvement was concerning. Following the collapse of the first offer and the need to relist the home, we expected increased involvement, but this did not occur. The overall experience left us questioning whether our property was being actively and effectively represented. The entire process was significantly more stressful than anticipated, due both to communication gaps and unprofessional interactions. Adding to our concern, after Ms. Laroche’s signage was placed at our property, multiple individuals expressed unsolicited concerns about our choice of realtor. In summary, while our home did ultimately sell, the experience did not reflect the professionalism, communication, or client focus we had expected. Our agent, Erin Bower, and the team’s Client Care Coordinator, Adrienne Stauffer, were personable yet professional, and they made what could have been a very stressful process surprisingly smooth. As out-of-state buyers, we took a risk on buying a home without being able to see the home in person. With the timing of things on our side of country, we were unable to make it for a showing, but we saw so much potential in this home and the land for our family. Fantastic experience: House-hunted for nearly a year and a half with a different realtor, then had to find a new realtor and we were introduced to Jen LaRoche by a friend who raved about her experience with Jen. Found our *PERFECT* home and had our offer accepted within just a little over a month. Jen is INCREDIBLY responsive and helpful, and will be there when you need her. When we discovered the house we ultimately purchased, Jen had just gotten home from showing us two other houses and was lounging with her cats, but didn't hesitate even for a second to say "LET'S GO RIGHT NOW" and was there within maybe 30min. She is very knowledgeable, educating us about different approaches to take as buyers in an aggressive sellers' market, and is very clearly respected in the industry. Any time we went to an open house without her and mentioned her name, the agent would have a positive reaction and knew exactly who she was. Searching for - and ultimately buying - a house can be one of the most stressful experiences. Jen alleviated a tremendous deal of that with her responsiveness, resourcefulness, knowledge, connections and respect, and had no issues working directly with our lender and attorneys whenever there were any questions.
