Although he wasn't my Agent (we were unrepresented), he and his team greatly assisted in moving the transaction along and getting it closed for his clients. Fantastic experience: As an investor I have worked with many agents over the years and I can say from personal experience that Jason is the best. He does all the things you would want your agent to do, from promptly returning phone calls....really, so many agents fail to do even this little courtesy, to following through on paperwork, coordinating inspections, document signings etc. He was one of the first agents to hire a professional photographer to take pictures of my properties to increase market appeal! As a seasoned investor I'm familiar with the buying and selling process and Jason always sees to it that everything goes smoothly, but if I were new to the process I wouldn't want anyone but Jason there to guide me through it.
