Fantastic experience: Of the three realtors I’ve worked with so far, Dawn was the best. I took her advice every step of the way and sold my condo in two months - much faster than I was expecting. Dawn provided weekly updates on the listing and gave honest feedback based on her expertise, which helped me form realistic expectations given the current market. Dawn was flexible and helped me explore other options such as renting. She helped me keep on track and schedule inspection repairs to meet the closing date two weeks from the offer. I was not worried at all even though I had already moved out of state - I was in good hands with Dawn. Overall, I have no regrets in choosing Dawn and would choose her as my realtor if I ever look at properties in Central Indiana again.

Fantastic experience: Dawn was recommended to us by a friend and we understand why. She went above and beyond for us in the sale of our home. We moved out of state and she handled so much of the unexpected issues for us. She was always quick to respond, even when we messaged her late into the evening. We had a full asking price offer on our home within a couple of weeks of being listed. Dawn was always happy to answer questions, let us vent about the stress or cheer us on when things went well and was a great resource for us to find the right help to fix the issues addressed during the inspection. You can't go wrong with Dawn in your corner! I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my Indiana friends looking for a great realtor.

Negative experience: Dawn sold us a home that had a history of flooding already. Had she checked realtor.com alone. Then she recommended a terrible inspector who didn't catch the obvious cover ups. Now I'm losing my home. Now that my home has flooded every year for 6 years, i can see that the previous owners Lied! It had past two years so we couldn't sue them. There was faux paneling placed over the bottom half of all the walls downstairs. Then painted & still moody when we finally got to move the giant bed in front of the mold during inspection. Your inspector said paint over it. There was wet carpet, and fence nailed to the wall to hide damages. The driveway was washing away. Not only was the chain link fence on both sides of the property rusted, but so were the steel fence poles! That's years of constant flooding. Even realtor.com now says our food risk is constant.We were first time home buyers, we were relying on your expertise. Sorry doesn't begin to help. Maybe a house outside the city was outside of your league. It's nothing personal, our realty experience was just awful. Did u even research the property? You didn't notice anything either? We've had to throw all my stuff away twice.
