Fantastic experience: Andrew has yet again exceeded our expectations. When it came time to sell our house, nobody but Andrew came to mind. In fact, he found and helped us secure the very home we were selling. Our situation required a tactful approach as we were working with relatively tight margins and Andrew delivered. He is attentive, kind, and truly cares about his clients. He answered calls and texts quickly, effectively communicated offers, and ensured that we were patient when necessary. The added bonus is that Andrew partners with Homes For Heroes. So, to the veterans out there trying to find a realtor who is honest and cares about veterans, pick Andrew. I say again for emphasis, pick Andrew. Lastly, I’d like to also give recognition to the team he works alongside. They emulate the same work ethic he does. They are easy to contact, flexible in schedule, and will make sure that all information/documentation is clearly communicated with plenty of lead time. I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and the folks at Fultz.

Fantastic experience: Our family chose to relocate to a new-to-us State so choosing a realtor you’re unfamiliar with can be daunting. We had friends recommend Andrew and we could not have made a better choice. He volunteered himself to view homes for us if we could not make it into town, he taught us important aspects of home buying that we never would have considered (from structure to heating/cooling to windows and more), he educated us on locations we were interested in and never missed a beat. We are grateful for the relocation process being as simple as it was with Andrew by our side.

Fantastic experience: Had a rental property that I was tired of managing and felt it was time to move on. Connected with Andrew and got it in motion to sell. Worst time in years to sell as economy was bad, inflation through the roof and interest rates doubled in just a few months. Andrew got it done and was able to get it sold quickly and seamlessly. Everything was communicated through the process and was updated on a regular basis on potential buyers. Now I am looking to pick up a short term rental property and will have Andrew represent me in that process as well.

Positive experience: Andrew was just about everything I was looking for in a real estate agent for my land purchase. He was always available within a reasonable amount of time and always worked to get answers for my questions (even when on vacation, with his wife telling him not to be working... Haha!!) Even if he did not know the answer immediately, he seemed to have the right resources at his disposal to get what I needed quickly. Some of the other agents I worked with, were constantly just trying to make a sale and did not seem to even listen to what I was looking for. Andrew was just the opposite. He was not pushy and worked with me at my pace. I would definitely work with Andrew again. I never pick the highest rating available, because I feel as though if there is no room for improvement, some folks tend to not try harder the next time, so don't take the 4 stars instead of 5, as any indication that Andrew did anything that was not top notch.
