Fantastic experience: Working with Ms. Claudia on the sale of our home was a great experience. As for almost six months we worked together, she was incredible, honest, direct, and always clear about what we needed to do on our end. Her communication was excellent, and she was patient and understanding throughout. Ms. Claudia guided us to get the best price for our property and made sure the buyer didn't take advantage of us. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and kept us updated every step of the way. Even though parts of the process were overwhelming, she made it feel manageable. We highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Claudia was a great for our family and fit right in as we worked to sell a townhouse and buy a single family home. She keeps all parties above board and steps up if you're being treated unfairly. She was patient with a long time to sale while helping us accomplish our sale goals as they shifted. Fantastic experience: From start to finish of the home buying process, Claudia is an excellent communicator, staying in contact with us, working with us and guiding us through the process, particularly on how she handled any issues along the way. We never felt rushed at making choices and she really is a great listener. As a first-time home buyer, she answered any questions we had, and it was a smooth transition from renting to owning a house. I will definitely recommend Claudia to my friends and family.

Positive experience: Tl;dr Claudia is incredibly hard working and attentive. My main concern was a bit of a mismatch on expectations provided by Claudia with the reality of the market (which I think is fairly normal). Claudia helped me sell a home at the beginning of summer. Expectations were a little high with the comps being DOM for roughly 1-2 weeks. The house ended up being on the market for 2-3 months and well below listing. All throughout this time, Claudia was hard working and attentive, scheduling open houses, notifying me of offers, making suggestions, providing me with vendors to get the house ready, coordinating contractors. The actual sale portion was pretty standard/seamless.

All you have to do is to tell her the truth and she will take care of the rest. Be on time because she will show up at the property 30mn before you.
