She is a true hustler and works her tail off to ensure a smooth process. Her listings stand out over anyone in our area! The photography is great! Houses sell quick. Her team is wonderful. Always quick to answer and helpful!

Negative experience: Zoe has created a negative impression on herself and your company by the poor choice of words she speaks — about others in the same industry and to perspective Clients.. shame on you Zoe. You lost a customer and got a feedback from your lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: Today May 18th 2023 I fired my Realtor/ Associate Broker Sonja Zoey from True Real Estate. TIANA both lied and withheld information about a buyer that I refused to sell my house to twice before. When I was asked to sign a new offer I asked both Sonja and Tiana if the buyer was the same person I refused to sell my house to twice before. Both Sonja and Tiana said it was not the same problem buyer and was a different Person. They tricked me into signing a new contract that I never would have signed if they would have been honest about the new buyer being the same problem buyer. COMMISSION WAS # ONE WITH SONJA AND TIANA AND THEY WERE WILLING TO LIE AND WITH OLD CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUYER TO MAKE A sale. I spoke to the buyers Attorney and he stated that the problem buyer and the new buyer are the same person. This contract would have never been signed had Sonja and Tiana not lied and withheld buyer indenty. It was a terrible experience working with True Real Estate and Sonja and Tiana. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. !!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We recently had a great selling experience with True Realty. It was hassle free!! Our realtor was the owner, Jen True and she helped us through the whole process. She was in constant contact with us and would always answer our phone calls or texts whenever we had questions. We had other realtors come look at our home but we felt most comfortable with Jen. If we had another home to sell, we would definitely use Jen again. I would suggest if you have a house to sell or looking to buy, just make one call call to True Reality and ask for Jen. Fantastic experience: Tiana made home buying an enjoyable experience. We all know how stressful it can be to buy a house, but Tiana went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home. By the time we signed our closing papers she took us to see at least 15 homes, and even one home (we ended up purchasing) 3 separate times. She was so flexible and accommodating with our ever changing needs based on family and work. Truly a great realtor that we will absolutely work with again in the future!

Fantastic experience: I don't typically write reviews, in fact I have probably only written 3 or 4 total in my life. But I cannot say enough good things about True Real Estate. We listened to Jen True's advice, and followed it to letter. I have never had a smoother transaction in all my life. Selling your home can be stressful, but I can honestly say, we felt ZERO stress through this whole process. I highly recommend True Real Estate! And, if I can give one piece of advice (if you are fortunate enough to work directly with Jen True) and that is DO EXACTLY WHAT SHE SUGGESTS! You will not be disappointed. Thank you True Real Estate for help making our dreams come TRUE!!! No pun intended ;)

Fantastic experience: Sarah Allen is a gift that keeps on giving. I wasn't sure I was ready to sell our home of nearly 40 years and when I accepted that was the way to go, Sarah was the calm, clear, efficient, unattached emotionally perfect person to work with. She guided me through the process and stayed out of my way when I needed to work alone. Step by step, from taking personal family photos off the walls to prepare the house for showing, simplifying, moving into the phase where we needed to prepare to sell, she was either at my side or a step ahead ready to hear my call. And she always took my calls. She is technically savvy. Has integrity and respect for what grief might go along with a move like ours. And she worked. She worked hard. She spent a weekend taking down wallpaper in a room with nooks and crannies. And she painted. And hung curtains. Raked leaves. She took carloads of donations to the thrift stores. And she offered to do more. Before the buyer's final walk-through she came prepared to clean but it was something I needed to do myself and she respected that. She made a beautiful video along with the pictures to post with the listing. And when the house was listed she was so present through texts and phone calls, I thought I was the only person in her life. I learned that other people who worked with her (the title people, lawyers, handymen like carpet cleaners and carpenters) all appreciated her clarity, efficiency, demeanor and style. Now, months after the sale, she is coming to our new place to guide me again with her intelligence, eye for design, and gentle truth about placement of furniture, hanging pictures, and possibilities for the future. What a gift.

Negative experience: Do not Trust True! Jen never returns your calls and George Massad made false promises to us. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I was a first time home buyer this was an amazing first experience to have. I was connected with Sarah Allen and she was absolutely phenomenal. Throughout the whole process she was patient, kind, helpful and kept my best interests in mind. I cannot say enough good things about her and the whole process to truly do it justice. It was absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had. I will be recommending Sarah and the True Real Estate team to anyone I know after the amazing experience that I had.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I worked with Zoe from the Zoet Group to buy our house and we would do it again if/when we need to buy and sell again. They were very accommodating and helpful when it came to finding houses we wanted. Staying in budget was very important to us as well, and Zoe made sure to only show us houses that fit our budget.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to George Massad @True Real Estate by a coworker of mine. He is phenomenal! It was my first time buying a home and I'm so thankful he was there to help me with every step of the way. George was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He educated me on the home buying process and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Negative experience: Be careful working with this company. They are shady and poorly ran.

Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd residence i have purchased and of all the experiences I have had with realtors George Massad was by far the best. He was on time, professional, extremely organized, and always in a good mood. True Real Estate in Mankato has some services other than just selling a home that made this process so easy for us. Selling my residence was next to a nightmare, but George was always there. His positive attitude and being so darn good at what he does helped us prevail. We made it to our dream home!

Negative experience: Vicki Foix was our realtor. Had her put our house on the market. We had, maybe one showing. Discovered our house pictures and house description were terrible and asked she change them and told us that the ‘pictures don’t matter’ and refused to change them. We fired her, but we kept her, unfortunately to buy the house we wanted thinking it would be better. She was awful. Poor communication. She was delayed on giving us updates or any pertinent information for that matter. Little ability to negotiate matters in the sale and process of buying a house. I had to do most of the follow up, or ask questions. She was not an advocate for us, but rather made it difficult for us to be feel comfortable with the process. She left out details and I had to do a lot of leg work that should have been her job. We regret using her. We should have earned her commission for all of the work we had to do. DO NOT USE HER.

Fantastic experience: We used True Real Estate to sell my boyfriends and my property along with in the middle of all of it we bought our first home together. The True team was very organized and efficient. George was great to work with and giving tips on what things we needed to do in order to get the best offers possible on our homes. We had offers on both homes with a day or two of being up. Thank you George for working with Homes For Heroes and helping us navigate this busy summer!

Negative experience: Unethical, untrustworthy and irresponsible.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy I started with the Zoet group for my house hunting needs. A hunt that started in the Mankato area and eventually moved me to the Twin cities but this didn't matter too them. They helped me find another realtor in the area, introduced me to a company that got me a great rate for my mortgage and followed up to make sure I was taken care of. In fact they gave me better follow up than anyone local did. Their knowledge of the market, the mortgage broker they introduced me to and their professional manner really set my nerves at ease. I will definitely use them again when needed and highly recommend them to anyone in the Mankato area!

Fantastic experience: Worked with Sonja’s team when I had my house on the market and was looking for houses! Thoroughly enjoyed it! They always went above and beyond! I have a horrible schedule and they always worked around it without a complaint! Always answered my questions or did their research and came back with extra information! Highly recommended will definitely go through them every time after!!

Fantastic experience: I love the staff at True. This group has been so helpful with all of my real estate questions. I have a weird schedule, but they always fit me in when I need to pop in or call. Everything from helping me with tips of preparing my own house for the market, to things to look for in a new home. I was so confident when I bought my last home, because my agent took the time to make sure it was a good fit. They don’t just know what makes a great house, they help me find a great home. I love how involved in the community they are too. Everyone from the front desk, to the broker has been more than helpful, and it made my real estate experience so positive, in a decision making process that can be scary sometimes. Thank you to Jen and her team!

Negative experience: My wife and I viewed homes with our son and daughter in law over this past weekend. Working with 2 young realtors who seemed to be working as a team. However, each should be teamed with a member of staff that has more experience. Neither has enough knowledge to be working on their own. Seemed to come unprepared, lacking information on homes viewed. Their time seemed to be more valuable than time spent showing our children homes. I strongly feel our kids lost out on an opportunity for their first home because the young realtors brushed them off. Very sad. Mentor your young realtors properly before cutting them loose to fend for themselves.

Negative experience: Worked with a realtor here for a few weeks. Looked at a plethora of houses. Early on I picked up a vibe that my wife and I weren’t important because we didn’t have a high price range. There were a few times the realtor had last minute reschedules. Never had any good information on the houses we looked at. Never had any answers to the questions we asked, it was always the same response, “I’ll have to check on that.” The worst part is we missed out on a house we wanted to purchase because the realtor didn’t have any information and didn’t care to get the information on it. They also bailed on us on the day we wanted to put an offer in. I will never recommend this company, let alone the realtor, to anyone. If you are working with them now, good luck. You’ll need it.

Fantastic experience: Bought my first home with George. This man is something special. He'll meet you whenever, wherever to talk about everything. Was always quick to find answers to my questions and really make me feel like a part of the process. He's honest about what's going on. One of the homes we looked at he stopped us and told us it was a hole and that we should move on. He really cares. Referred to these folks by a friend and I will be doing the same from the highest mountain.
