Fantastic experience: We have purchased and sold multiple properties with Standing Stout Realty in the past few years, and Danna was the one who made it happen every time! Her team communicated well and in a timely manner and enabled the transactions to move forward on time. We highly recommend working with her and her team. Proud to recommend her services! She's quick, direct, and prioritizes her clients.

Negative experience: OMG. Dana Stout is a liar like there is no tomorrow. She is lying about the buyer/broker agreements trying to mislead the public into thinking you have to sign a long term agreement with her. She claims it is the "law". It isn't. It is a ruling for real estate agents that are members of the National Association of Realtors. The lawsuit that they refer to resulted in a requirement for it's members to get agency agreements from their clients. Those agreements are intended to provide transparency for the public NOT so that agents can pressure you into making long term commitments to them. There are 3 types of agreements you can sign, not just one. Become educated before you sign. My experience is that most realtors are not honest and you will not see that right away. It is not to ANYONES advantage to sign one of these agreements long term. The only advantage is for the unethical agent who can't get business otherwise. You can sign just a showing agreement for the day with no commitment to purchase with them. Don't let Dana Stout mislead you. File complaints against these agents and get them out of the business.

Fantastic experience: Standing Stout Auction & Realty (SSAR) in Deming NM were recommended to us by realtor from ELP TX. We needed a service that would not only sell my mom's house but also liquidate the contents of the house. There were years of personal accumulation in the house that would have taken me months and great expense to self-sell and/or dispose all of the house contents. SSAR cleaned and pack everything, moved the contents to their facility, staged and auctioned all. The net sale of all of all the items exceeded my expectations! SSAR commission and fees are very reasonable. Most importantly I didn't have to do any heavy lifting and the tedious tasks of packing and moving. SSAR services were above and beyond all my expectations and completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend SSAR for those that need to sell any household items that have accumulated over the years, and one needs more room in their house. Outstanding service SSAR! On the Realty side, Danna Stout's dedication on making the house sale as easy as possible for my mother and I was outstanding. Danna coordinated all the document information on-line, so we didn't have to go back to Deming NM from Fort Worth TX, made all the arrangements to keep the yard manicured, scheduled the inspections, and fixes that were needed by an electrician and other types of house maintenance fixes found by the inspector. The buyer didn't reject any of the repairs. Like I told Danna on the phone, I wish I had another house to sell because I know she would do another outstanding seamless job! I highly recommend Standing Stoud Auction & Realty to make your house ready for sale and then sell. Outstanding service!

Fantastic experience: This spring I was getting my mom’s house ready for sale in Deming, NM. There was a house full of furniture, a pickup truck and a small Rv. I live out of state and needed to clear things out of the house and get it done. The auction service was outstanding to have nearby. They were able to get the truck and RV into their April auction. I was satisfied at the prices we obtained for those items. Getting the house ready was quite different. There were many items that we had to go through and get sold. The auction hooked us up with a service that came to the house and we got everything out of the house in one morning. The sale of the house hold goods went next. After the sale we received an itemized list with our check that detailed prices received for each item. My mom and me are happy with the services received and it made things very easy to get the house ready to sell. I would recommend them to anyone needing auction services. I have also contracted with them to sell the house. I have been happy to get all of this together at one place.

Fantastic experience: i want to express my utmost appreciation to Danna and her staff for doing a fantastico job of getting my home ready to show...she got a crew to come to my home and pack everything up and deliver it to the auction place here in Deming and my stuff was sold for at least $3-$4,000 more than what i had expected. Never having been to an auction, i found it to be quite the show and having Danna up on the podium actually taking turns as auctioneer was just extra gravy!! we listed my home on a Friday and the following Monday we had our first and only showing…. By 6pm that evening the same couple signed and we were off to the races.... There was much pearl clutching on my end as i went from one hysterical rant to another and Danna, calmly reassured me that all was well and the world was not gonna come crashing down on me. She and her staff held my hand as we faced each inspection and celebrated good news and dealt with the dreaded home inspection Danna and Nicole were very professional and answered my constant texts, phone calls, emails with direct, understandable, and concise answers even if it was not what i wanted to hear and they explained it in a common sense way. Danna knows her stuff and i am happy to have chosen her after experiencing two bad interviews with potential realtors.–––

Negative experience: Danna is unprofessional and unreliable. She never came to the initial showing of the property I wanted to purchase. Then close to closing, the seller decided she didn't want to sell, and Danna never informed my real estate agent. My agent drove 2.5 hours to meet with the home inspector to learn that she changed her mind about selling. This is totally unacceptable. I wasted time and money over this debacle. Danna is the worst.

Negative experience: I was very interested in a large parcel in Rodeo NM with a long aviation runway and decided to contact Standing Stout realty company. I spoke with a woman who was not very helpful. I had been eyeing this property for many months and with its price reduction and my wife’s agreement I was very interested in acquiring it. It was difficult to get answers because when ever I asked a question, before completed my sentence she cut me off by giving an answer to a question that most times was not what I wanted to ask. When I asked a question that called for simply a yes or no answer she responded each time with either a uh hu or a un huh. I had to ask her each time what she meant. She could not tell me how far away the paved road was from the parcel and when I asked about the well and GPH she went on about getting the well metered and the Stare charging for water if I watered the few trees on the property. She was unable to Explain why that might occur. I had told her that we lived in Alaskafor summers and were presently in Prescott Az for winters and that we wanted to come down( about a 7 h drive from Prescott and look at the property and whether next week would work. She then said that I would have to provide a bank statement showing I had funds available. That was enough for me to decide and tell her I was no longer interested and hung up. I now believe that there is a reason why this nice parcel has been on the market so long. The realtor is the problem.

Fantastic experience: Not only did Standing Stout help us find and purchase a home for my parents, they sold their property in Radium Springs. The old property was only on the market for two days and Danna got offers for twice the amount we thought the property would sell for. It was a much easier experience than we thought it would be. If we ever need a realtor again, it will be Standing Stout.

Fantastic experience: This agency was chosen because of my personal knowledge of their integrity. The agent came to assess my property and suggested a sale (asking) price that I readily agreed to. To that she had one caviot which amused me.............she wanted me to be prepared for a long listing because "it is difficult to move homes so far removed from town and services" to which I responded "you seem to forget that I traveled 2300 miles to find this place and whoever whenever is interested will be really interested in it". Six weeks later the buyer called offering the published price. I got the last laugh as we joked about our original discussion. All of the legal stuff and closing matters were carried out professionally and without delay. And when all was done I was thrilled with the caliber of the new owner............I could never have found a more perfect buyer. Fantastic experience: Words cannot describe how easy the (honestly super daunting and a little terrifying) process of becoming a first time homeowner actually was with Danna by our side! We went in expecting nothing and figured we’d be looking for months to years before finding the right place. Not even a week (and only two houses) in, Danna showed us the perfect place and helped us through the entire process step by step. Everything ended up working out perfectly, thanks to her and her crew, and I’m writing this sitting with my family in our new (and first) house not even 3 months later.
