Negative experience: The title company they use are rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. Screwed up my closing.

Fantastic experience: Justin and his team are truly the best. He went above and beyond in every way, even in the face of a grueling Quiet Title litigation. His follow through, follow up, attention to detail and communication was impeccable. After the six month litigation was complete, of which he was there for every step of, he worked quickly and efficiently to get a listing up. Genuinely one of the best professional experiences I’ve had and I cannot imagine working with anyone else in the future.

Fantastic experience: Euginnia has been a god send. So many hiccups and delays and she continues to go above and beyond despite not even have closed yet. She is doing so much work and im sure hasn't received a dime yet, because the closing has not been determined yet. She is professional and so attentive to detail!! She has made many frustrating moments bareable. She did my walk through with me and was able to educate me and identify things I was not even aware of. She deserves all the stars and praise!!!

I just happened across him when viewing a home he was selling but he was so honest and upfront and not just trying to sell me on everything. I appreciate that so I asked him to help me further with finding a home. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and paid attention to my wants and needs. He found me the perfect place. I couldn’t have asked for more. It wound up being a home he was also selling but it also was a benefit as it hadn’t hit the market. Negative experience: The worst Real estate experience I’ve ever gone through. In the process of trying to sell land for my father the realtor Bill Carlston did not secure an escrow and let a deal fall through even though the buyer was under an iron clad contract. Honestly I would avoid this place at all cost.

Negative experience: SCAM ALERT!!!!!! Kevin Wright has zero human decency and only cares about what benefits himself. I sold him a property with a garage on it. Kevin told me I had time to get the stuff out. He then proceeded to remove everything as soon as possible without even the slightest attempt of contacting me. He "sold" what was valuable and threw the rest away. Alot of things belonged to my children. I strongly recommend going to to an entirely different real estate company.

Fantastic experience: Not only did Matt Johnson exceed our expectations, he did it in the Spring of 2020 at the height of the COVID pandemic. What an odd time to be buying a home! Matt didn't skip a beat and found us exactly what we were looking for in a neighborhood we're proud to call home. We will certainly use Matt's services again should we need them. In the meantime, I would personally recommend giving Matt a chance. If he does for you, what he did for me... you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I am glad I chose Nexes Realty, specifically Matt Johnson, to assist me in my first home search. I don't think I would have gotten the same level of service elsewhere, especially during the crazy times of COVID-19. I met him when he was the seller's agent for a property I was interested in, and immediately I was impressed with the way he carried himself and the knowledge he was willing to share. When I toured other properties with him as a buyer's agent, he always had helpful input and was never pushy with moving forward. He helped us put in a winning offer on a property that was perfect for us by working long hours on the weekend to nail down the terms that were acceptable for both parties. After our offer was accepted, there were some minor delays and communication issues from our lender, but Matt was able to advise me each time and everything ended up working out well. I cannot say enough about Matt's work ethic and friendliness throughout the whole process. He's a really great guy who will look out for your best interests, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: All of your real estate needs taken care of in one place. We used Brock Carlston for our recent home purchase. Brock has a great understanding of this area and Michigan's pristine west coast. Growing up here helps, but his attention to detail is like no other agent we have worked with. I received emails on leads on a regular basis. Our questions were met with quick response, even on weekends. Brock's network to local businesses to complete the sale of our home was convenient! NEXUS is professional and hard working- they get the job done!

Negative experience: Went to the office to list my vacant land for sale. I wanted to list it for what Muskegon County had it valued at. Kevin Niles refused to list it for the price it was valued at. It has a small home & 16 acres and SEV of 80, 000. I told him I wanted it priced at double the SEV. That is what I am being taxed on. He just ignored my request, pretending he didn't here me. He could have listed it for what I wanted & let it sit, but he didn't want to waste his time on someone who doesn't have a million dollar piece of property. Then he handed me a business card and said if there is anything I can do for you in the future give me a call. No Thank You, You already blew it, I'll sell it Myself.

Fantastic experience: Bill and Matt are the tops! They worked their butt off to get us into houses when there just wasn't many out there. They are the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Matt took the time to let my wife look at houses and try to figure out which would be best for us long term do to physical problems I have and how they may progress in the future. He was always there to answer any questions that we would have and to keep us calm in at times when or offers were not accepted he would just move on to the next home. I cannot thank these guys enough!!! I will be sending my kids to them as soon as they are ready to start their home buying process.

Negative experience: Choose another reality company!! I had a house chosen and was getting ready to close on it. My realtor David Spyke told me the house had an occupancy permit and that I could move in after I closed. So I gave Nexus the down payment and planned to close. Just before we were supposed to close the city contacted me and told me that the house does not have an occupancy permit (my realtor lied). Since I could not move in the home I didn't want to buy any more. I told my realtor I didn't want the house anymore, and he told me he would not refund my down payment, despite the fact that David lied to me through out the entire process. I should've known better they have a horrible reputation of ripping people off, even having one realtor killed at their office. STAY AWAY!!!

Negative experience: I used Marilyn Tucker and Karyn Benner with Nexxus and unfortunately can not recommend them. I also can not recommend Julie Stowers-Belmarez with Greenridge. She was the seller. Although these 3 women were nice, I have had a horrific experience with them. Buying your first home should be an exciting time and they have turned it into a nightmare. We have been getting the run around since we bought the house a year ago. Promises were made and not followed through on. We have been dealing with unpaid bills, unfinished work and a dangerous living environment in a home that was supposed to be move in ready, as I was expecting my first child. I wont go into too much detail, but our house was broken into before we got the keys and the vandalism/damage has still not been taken care of. They just keep telling me they will get back to me and before I know it months have gone by. Nobody should ever have to go through this. I highly recommend going somewhere else. :)
