Fantastic experience: As a first home buyer, I had no idea where to start. All I knew, was I didn’t want to be too far away from Hilo. Crislyn was extremely helpful!! Not only did she personally introduce me to the loan officer, but she set up a search and sent me a list of houses that matched my desired locations. She was super flexible for me, coming out on weekends to show me houses. The process went way faster than I expected, but she made it so worry-free. She even set up my home inspection for me and made sure I had at least one option for internet services. She was there every step of the way. She is super knowledgeable and personable! Fantastic experience: I used Crislyn to buy a vacant lot in Hilo and transaction went great. Being a local girl, born and raised in Hilo her local knowledge and insight to areas were priceless, from knowing the little nuances of particular neighborhoods, flood areas, high traffic areas, etc. I loved her easy going demeanor, being very personable, and being open and easy to talk with like someone you've known for years.
