Fantastic experience: So far we have had an amazing experience! We just signed a lease with them and the process was quick and easy! We tried going through another rental company but they wouldn’t even show us a house without an application. Russellville management service got us in to look at a home same day with no fees up front. Looked one day, turned in an application the next and was approved same day! Wonderful people to work with

Negative experience: Some of the lady are really nice, but the ones that handle the application process are really rude. Plus don't expect them to rent to you if you don't have at least a 700 credit score. Also sent 120 dollars to get insulted and robbed.

Fantastic experience: I would go as far to say that this is the best rental company to rent through in the area! The houses they rent are definitely in better shape than other companies and any time there's a maintenance concern they are on it! I wish they had the ability to pay rent online, but its not a huge deal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people, but be aware that the good houses go FAST! So if you are needing a place, keep a watch on their website and call as soon as you see a place you might want because there's a potential that it will be already gone by the next day.

Negative experience: Staff has been nice. However we were going to rent a property from them, and right as we were going to move in, they said they sold it and weren't renting it out. Instead of being apologetic and telling us about another property they had available, we just had the rug pulled from underneath us. Had money in hand and just feel like we're given the shaft. Had to ask if they had any other properties available. Good customer service would have offered and told us of another property......but we weren't. Very disappointed in the professionalism. Were going to charge my mother in law extra money each day her furniture was there, but wouldn't rent to us bc they sold the place. To me that is crooked. To put a family , especially children, out in the street is cold and heartless.

Fantastic experience: These people are the only people in Russellville I would ever recommend. They are very polite and fix issues in a timely manner.

Positive experience: Staff are helpful if you are a responsible renter. My few maintenance requests over the years have all gotten solved within one week of filing. Only wish they would take debit cards, other than that I have liked renting here and recommend it.

Paula talked me through the whole process and took the time to help me figure out which property best suited my needs for me and my family. Very knowledgeable and I'd recommend her and RMS to anyone.

Negative experience: I'm only giving 2 stars because the receptionist, Julie, was very kind and friendly. I have called and left messages with this company on 5 separate occasions when I also knew the exact properties I wanted to view. I did recieve 1 call back from the woman realtor but when I responded she never got back to me or me continued 3 messages there after. I was very dissatisfied. What if I desperately needed to get into a place and yall got back to me? I could have been homeless due to this neglect.

Fantastic experience: My family rented a property from RMS from 2018-2019. All of our interactions were professional and positive. Paula and Shawna have alway been quick to respond to any concerns or needs. If I ever moved back to Russellville, for rentals, I would return to RMS. Thanks for the great customer service!

Fantastic experience: Russellville Management Services did an excellent job managing a property for us in Damascus for over 10 years. We always had good tenants, repairs and maintenance were handled quickly and professionally, and we were always kept informed about anything affecting our property in a timely manner. When it came time to sell, they even helped us find a good agent to list our property and stayed in touch throughout the process. As out-of-state landlords, we really appreciated knowing that Russellville Management Services was taking care of everything for us. We highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Made an appointment to view a townhouse and waited 45 minutes for the guy to show up. He never did. I called the office and was told he'd be there any minute. Still never showed. This made me lose 100% of my interest in renting from them.

Negative experience: Terrible service! I have been renting here for over a year and they rarely get anything fixed here! They don’t care about their customers they ONLY want your money! You have to practically beg and call every single day to get something done, you will definitely feel alone when there is a problem so I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT THROUGH THESE SLUMLORDS!!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly office managers, reasonable rates, clean and mostly kept rentals. I got all of my deposit back in a timely fashion minus re-keying fee and minor cleaning cost (listed in lease). I also paid my rent on time, was friendly with staff, gave required 30 day notice, cleaned thoroughly, and did a walk-thru before leaving. If you can read and follow the requirements of a lease you shouldn't have any problems with RMS. I'll be back to rent again.

Negative experience: They will take out close to $245 as mandatory fees off your deposit.

Negative experience: Management are friendly most of the time. They usually get stuff fixed within one week. YOU WON'T GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. If that's ok with you, then there shouldn't be any other problem with this office.
