Negative experience: Simply because I can't ever get in touch with someone to speak with and they never return calls...

Negative experience: Never come to this location if your moving into the state. I made a huge mistake and came here for help to find a place to live. The front desk lady was a great person. But the guy who doesn't bother changing his clothes covered in paint is beyond judgemental and he will run that place in the ground. How are you going to have a job moving back into the state get a grip on reality. That's why you save money and he turned away a family of 4 that saved 16 thousand in bank and 3000 in cash on hand. What do we do we survive people like you and find work when you move back home. You have been costing more than making you can tell the way you are. Enjoy being evil to honest people for the rest of your days that's all your good for. Well you got a good secretary at least that's going for you.

Negative experience: Never rent from them they are the worst slumlords ever they go behind your back and put utilities in there name out of your name without even a notice never want to fix water leakes or anything right you have to fix all your own issues your dam self stay far far away from the slimy slumlords

Negative experience: Poor management, and more slum lord type, always trying to get one by on the renter.

Negative experience: I APPLIED FOR A TOWNHOUSE IN GIRARD 3 WEEKS AGO, WENT THRU THE TROUBLE OF GOING TO BANK AND GETTING PROOF OF WHAT I MAKE, I NEVER HERD FRIM THEM, I EVEN CALLED LEFT MESSAGE, THEY NEVER CALLED TO SAY I WAS APPROVED or not, thats very unprofessional, I make 3000 a month i can afford to pay my rent, bad credit due to school loans don't mean you can't pay your rent i ben in my apt now 5 years obviously I can pay rent i will NEVER go thru them again. Very un professional.

The 2 ladies who are always in the office are always polite and perfessional. We have never had any issues with mantience either. They guy who is currently repairing our ceiling is very polite and always cleans up after himself. We enjoy renting from them and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have rented from W.Y.N going on 3.5 years now and all I can say is that our experience has been nothing but positive throughout. We have a cute little house and the price is affordable. Throughout the years we have gone through job changes and life changes and they have accommodated us every step of the way. Anytime we have had any maintenance issues we just call them and they promptly provide a resolution. Definitely one of the best property management companies we have rented from. We will continue renting from them until we leave Ohio.

Fantastic experience: I have rented 5 different homes over a period of 15 years from W.Y.N..The staff was willing to accommodate changes in my family/job by offering new homes in different locations right away . The variety of homes, locations, neighborhoods,etc are some of the reasons I stay with W.Y.N.. The staff works with you to resolve any issues or needed repairs that may arise and they work with several outside dependable contractors if there's something that can not tackle. I will remain with W.Y.N. until I move entirely out of this area. Dependable company.
