Fantastic experience: The Trish Leleux Group is an Exceptional Reality Company. My sisters and I had the pleasure of working with Cade Ostenson and John Fox. Both of which are wonderful to work with. They make you feel as if you are their only client. We rented my father‘s home for a year. They answered all of our many questions. They take the stress off of the owner and manage the rental at an affordable price. We decided to sell the home and it was sold less than a month after listing it without any issues. Cade and John are very professional and really went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier. We would definitely use this company again without any hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Alicia Sweat did such a great job working with me to find the perfect home! Together we looked at well over 10+ homes over the course of several months. She was always encouraging and didn't let me settle. Alicia made sure to point out things (good and bad) to be aware of within the various houses. We were selling our mom’s Townhome at a time when she was very ill and had to be moved to south Louisiana to be near one of my sisters. Since none of us lived in Alexandria, we needed someone to sell Mom’s home without us actually being in town. Annie was absolutely more than we could have hoped for in a realtor. She was fabulous - efficient, caring, professional, full of ideas for staging and so kind. Fantastic experience: Request Amanda when searching for a home! We were inexperienced, first time home buyers at 21/20 years old. She never once made us feel like a bother, and she walked us through every step of the proces . We didn't even have credit when we met Mandi! It took us over a year to find the perfect home. We drug this poor realtor all over looking at houses. We finally found the perfect one, and it was such a celebration! It was so nice to have a realtor be invested in your happiness, and not throw you into the first house you could get approved for. The day we signed papers was bittersweet, because we were going to miss her! But we keep in touch, that's how awesome she is! So yes, I recommend this company.

She formulated a plan for the sale of home (2019) which we thought was a great. It worked precisely as planned and we sold our house in 4 days, after a bidding war ensued. Due to the seller wanting a quick close, we were in a hurry to close on our new home out-of-state. Trish worked with our other realtor, and attorney in Alexandria to make things as smooth as possible for us, by having our attorney in Alexandria complete all the paperwork for both the sale of our Alexandria home, and the purchase of our new out-of-state home.
