Fantastic experience: Rachel was truly respectful in the nature of the sale. This particular sale was with a divorce. My ex-wife had to list the house due to the conditions and was not able to sell it and I choose to stick with Rachel when the house become back mine to sell. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience working with Rachel! We moved to IA from out of state and she was willing to FaceTime us and/or take videos of the houses we were interested in. Fantastic experience: Rachel Tiskevics was the highlight on my journey of becoming a home owner. I’ve never had an experience where someone wasn’t trying to upsell and push me into purchases that, in the end, was not worth what I paid for. Fantastic experience: We are so pleased to have worked with Rachel during the process of purchasing a new home. I had worked with Rachel during a season of “just looking” about a year ago. We knew we needed a bigger house to fit our family of five, but financially we were not quite ready. I did however, want to look and see what the market looked like and if there was a possibility at that time to purchase. Rachel found out during this time what I liked about houses and what I didn’t like, and always seemed to remember these things as we viewed homes down the road. I love how Rachel has an artistic vision when viewing homes on how we could turn different rooms into the things we wanted out of a house. Watching her get excited over the potential of different homes made me excited as well. During the purchase, Rachel made it easy and stress free.(well, as stress free as a multi hundred thousand dollar purchase can be! ) With the electronic signing of papers, there was no need to constantly go back and forth to an office for paperwork. And with my husband and I having different busy schedules, this was awesome! I highly recommend working with Rachel. She will listen to your needs, help you find the perfect home, make the financial process a breeze, and keep you encouraged and smiling through the whole process. 10 out of 10, 5 million stars, 2 enthusiastic (3if I had them) thumbs up, would definitely work with her again!

Negative experience: Waited till day before to contact us to set up closing time and date. Then didn't tell us. What we needed to do. Didn't get notified of inspections till day of closing. Did not show up to closing. Held onto our offer for 4 days before presenting it to client. I would not use her. Very unorganized
