Fantastic experience: We have met just about every realtor that works in this office, and have nothing but good things to say. Veronica and Sarah are some of the most incredible people you will ever meet. That's why I don't quite understand the negative reviews here. If you've ever met anyone in this office, you'd know that they would be willing to talk things through if you'd just call. If we are ever in the market to sell our house, or buy another one, we will always go to Sarah and Veronica first. Take the negative reviews of this place with a grain of salt. Go talk to them yourself! You won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: BUYER/SELLER BEWARE. VICTORIA TX. We tried to put a contract on a house multiple times. The first go around their agent decided to put her own terms in our offer instead of what we asked. We were promised we wouldn’t be charged the agents commission and I quote, “I’ve never had a buyer pay my commission. That’s the sellers job” and then put it in the contract anyway. Claimed the seller required 1% down in earnest money which should have been $1,000 but put in the contract we pay $4300 instead for an unknown reason. She had us written down to pay for everything we weren’t supposed to so we took the second contract and had it adjusted by a licensed broker just for her to tell us that the contract was written incorrect and refused multiple times to present it to the seller on the grounds that it would make her look “foolish”. Accused us of writing the adjustments ourselves. She went from refusing because it was written “incorrectly” to refusing because it was “foolish”. We terminated any further business with her and threatened to turn her into TREC. She then emailed me and my husband at 10 at night taking everything back and offering to present the offer as it was. We had our broker submit it directly to her broker and the response was “the seller doesn’t want to counter till he gets more offers”. We then offered asking price and they still won’t respond. I wouldn’t waste your time playing their games.

(As a follow up, the very next day, we contacted the Broker that is representing you now and we discussed the entire situation. In addition, the $4300 you were confused about was actually the down payment required by your lender and the $1,000 earnest money was in the contract as you instructed. Of course there are always more details than appears and there are two sides to every story. Hopefully you will continue working with your Broker friend and we wish you and your husband the best of luck finding the perfect place.)

Fantastic experience: We went into contract right before the big freeze this year and things went down hill quick! Jamie Powell was on top of it and turned a bad situation around! From contract to close she kept us in the loop, stayed on top of the sellers agent and hired all of our inspectors! We were informed of any updates and were guided through all the tribulations! We wouldn’t have our home without her! She is responsive, knowledgeable, and a go getter! She really works for her clients! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: When it comes to getting things done, Jamie is ON IT! The plus side to working with someone like her is not only her motivation to push to get her clients the best deal, she has so much random knowledge about things to look for during your home buying process. I mean any question you could throw at her, she has an answer; if she doesn't she'll find one within 30 minutes for you. By far one of the best communicators, which is really important during (what can be) a stressful process. If you need help getting connected with great people for certain services such as painters, appraisers, lenders, inspectors, etc. she has that information for you as well! I couldn't imagine anyone being disappointed by working with this woman. Thank you for all that you've done for us, Jamie!

Negative experience: It has taken me almost a month to get an appointment with the realtor of the land I want to purchase then once I do get a meeting and file the paper work I had to call to see the status of the application he then informs me I was approved but I inform him I will be leaving out of town in next couple of days on Business so if can I place deposit for land I was approved for and he said yes but never calls back I called office and cell and left messages and still no response VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... Agent was also very Rude to the point I wasn’t even going to fill out the application for land! He said is your husband with you when he saw it was just Me A women and then when I picked My land he says will it be you and your husband I once again said No just me, Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Russell Neubauer was so great to work with. So many legal issues came up on the sellers part that made this experience such a headache but Russell kept on them for me. It was an ordeal but he helped us and I really appreciated it.
