Fantastic experience: Chris Holbrook from Caldwell did us an excellent service. He looked at our home and told us what he thought we could get out of it. He was very friendly and easy to work with. We ended up getting what he thought it would sell for. He was always good to communicate with us. I would call him and he would answer or get back to me in timely manner. I would highly recommend Chris for your home sale or purchase.

Positive experience: My wife and I have moved around quite a bit (thanks to government work), and this realtor experience was very average. We worked with Thomas Frye, who is a very nice and charismatic gentleman, but it’s very obvious that he’s brand new to real estate. He had very little guidance, and had us reaching out to him the majority of the time. Thomas will be a good realtor, he just needs a lot more experience before he is.

Positive experience: Michelle was a dream to work with. I didn't go with the apartment it was too small. I hope to rent from them one day my only real problem is there was no square footage on the listing. The $40 fee for the application was a bit high but the people were very good

Fantastic experience: Janet has been the best! We started looking to buy a house 8 YEARS ago. Through all kinds of events, we were never successful in buying a house. Janet stuck by us all those years, thought of us when she’d walk through listings and let us know, always made time in her schedule for us, even when we hadn’t looked in over a year. She never pushed us into something we didn’t want, and has been all around genuine and kind. We finally bought a house, and she was with us through the whole thing. Even dropped off Easter candy for my kids, and came and gave us our new house keys at 8:30pm. If you need a realtor, I HIGHLY recommend Janet Enzor! Can’t say enough positive things about her!

Positive experience: The service was indeed cold but it could depend on the agent I believe. I was trying to rent an apartment and the lady at their office (who was nice btw) asked me to call an agent. I did so and the agent was trying to get rid of me instead of trying to see how she could help me. Not sure if I would call them again.

Negative experience: Really, really terrible. Dealt with several agents--they ranged from rude to uninterested, and two outright lied about properties on multiple occasions. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ward Real Estate.
