Fantastic experience: When I met Paul and his team I felt like they were family. Great energy and very intelligent. He talked to me and answered every question I had, We went through each step one at a time so I could make the best decision for my family. I am now going to list our house with confidence knowing this is the best option to fit my induvial situation. I also spoke with Paul about how to invest in the future and he is very knowledgeable and trusting. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an amazing realtor. Kim Brennan is the lady for you. Kim will treat you like family! She sold us our house, and the people before us left it pretty disgusting, and my girl and I showed up to our new house. Kim without hesitation went to her house. Got all her cleaning supplies, and cleaned our entire floor. Scrubbed our baseboards and windows. She will go above and beyond for her buyers, and sellers.

Fantastic experience: I am a home inspector and have done quite a few inspections for the entire team over at new start realty. I have noticed a few things that makes this team stand out more than other realtors. The way they communicate and take the initiative to help their clients move along in the home buying process is top tier. I get complaints from other clients all the time saying “we were just told today that we have to have an inspection done this week and I’ve spent the last hour trying to find one that can do it”. The new start team has sent me their clients information and has me reach out to them which takes a little of the stress off of them. It’s a very stressful process with lots of deadlines to meet and they are always a step ahead! Will definitely be using them when we decide to sell our home and move into a new one.

He will work with all parties until the deal is done-even cutting his own commission if needed. My husband doesn’t usually value anyone’s financial advice except his own. I’m impressed daily that my husband listens to Paul’s advice and usually acts upon it. Paul works for the betterment of all his clients. Paul sold our “unique” house that I thought would be a difficult sale on the FIRST showing. He truly is a genius at this real estate stuff. Also-my husband expects timely communication from his realtors. Paul answers every single time and they talk for hours.

Then come to find out 2 weeks into living in our new home there was a septic/sewage issue that was missed by 2 inspectors. Well we couldn't afford to stay elsewhere or the cost of the issue so we contacted them about this. They worked our problem into their lives and went above and beyond to fix the issue so our family could stay in our new home. I recommend this company for your housing need.
