Negative experience: Everything from listing description, inspection report, seller disclosures, and easements proved false after sale. The realtor’s goal was her commission and the “lime light” rather than an honest, service-driven sale. The broker, whose responsibilities include training and over seeing her agents, is as culpable as the agent. Avoid this company at all costs.

Fantastic experience: We bought a beautiful from one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Leanna Fiske-Bryson was wonderful from start to finish of our whole process. From the moment I contacted her she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, very smart and has a great sense of humor. We were living in California when we contacted her to do a virtual tour of the home. The first home I looked at was great, but she said she had a newly built beautiful place that she thought we would really like and sent me the listing. She was right and we almost bought it sight unseen because it was everything we had been praying for and more. Then we decided that we really needed to come to Missouri to make sure that it would be the right fit for us. Leanna met us at the house just after we flew in and drove out. Even though she and I clicked from the first moment of contact, it was an even better connection we when we met in person. The house was even better than the photos that were posted online. She was right, this home was perfect for us. Leanna is so kind and compassionate. When we had finished our tour and were on the way to the Airbnb we were staying at, she offered to have us follow her back to Eminence to where we were staying. It just so happened to be her cousin that owned the Airbnb. She went so far as to make sure we were able to get in ok. She even helped us with a little issue during our stay. I'll tell you, Leanna truly goes above and beyond for people because she really cares and wants to help. The whole process of buying the house went very smooth and Leanna was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. She was very reassuring and encouraging as we moved forward toward the closing of our deal. If you ever need a realtor, look no further because Leanna is your gal. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a property here in Missouri. She'll listen attentively to all that you are searching for and she will help to make your dreams come true. In addition, she also made sure that we knew who to call to set up all our utilities, she gave us a rundown of what was around locally like stores, restaurants and the like. The best part for me was that Leanna and I felt like we had known each other for years. Our relationship has grown over this time and she became family to us immediately. We are so thankful for all time and help she provides for us and thankful that God had sent her into our lives.

I have bought and sold several homes in my life time and can tell you the service we received from Leanna was above and beyond anybody I had worked with before. She is patient, knowledge and truly kind. Leanna has gone above and beyond several times and she made our purchase as smooth as possible. Weather it was getting contractors or painters, she was on it. We moved from out of state, so she was the one who met with them and let them in. She saw that everything was ready for us when we got there. She even showed up with donuts on moving day! If you are lucky enough to have Leanna work with you, you will not be disappointed. Negative experience: No answer when I called. Middle of the day, middle of the week, no one answers the phone. Response to Owners Response: Hey stupid I called on Thursday which is clearly in the middle of the week and not on the weekend. Why would anyone leave a message? In the hope of receiving substandard, unprofessional service? Ever heard of Call Forwarding? I am so sure you're too busy to answer the phone which is why I recommend everyone who needs a realtor call someone else! FYI: when a customer calls a business for service, and that service doesn't answer, the customer calls a business that will answer.

Positive experience: Only three stars (should have been one) because they initially stated they "can't help" a potential cash home buyer. A second person was more helpful but took many reminders to send photos of homes through email.
