Fantastic experience: Tricia recently helped us sell my parent’s home that they had lived in for nearly 50 years. When we met Tricia we were very impressed with her and could tell that she was well versed in all aspects of residential sales. Tricia met with us prior to listing the house and gave us immeasurable help and advice on what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell to get the best price. To complicate matters, we live out of state and Tricia went above and beyond to help with recommending vendors and contractors to help us. After the house was listed she went to the home many times to do various things to assist in showing the house. She used multiple avenues when listing the property to get the best exposure possible. Tricia is the kind of realtor you pray you can work with. Not only is she very knowledgeable, ethical and personable, she is a kind and caring person.
